Incredible service & stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

My husband and I were blown away by the incredible service at this hotel. Every single staff member was attentive and professional, going above and beyond for us. We truly felt pampered. Beyond that, the hotel itself is GORGEOUS. We were lucky enough to have been upgraded to the conservatory suite which was truly remarkable, I highly recommend that room, it is well worth the money. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff went out of their way to include nice touches / details for us. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at pales in comparison to this one. We were so sad to leave. Will be back soon!

It does not get better in London.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

This was our third stay at 41 and again it did not disappoint, we enjoy London so very much, and 41 adds so very much to our experience, the location is second to none, tube access, taxi, bus, walk, James Park, Green Park, Buckingham Palace, the Mall, endless, then you have the executive lounge, a place to start your day, and to end your day in a relaxing way with drinks, snacks, comfortable seating, and surroundings. Then the staff especially in the executive lounge, who engage you, to insure your needs are being met , those you meet in the hall, those who take care of your room, going so far as to even folding your cloths, porters, door man greeting you each trip in and out. I do not think it can get better. The Curry Room excellent food, The English Grill excellent as well, these are in the Ruben next-door, sister hotel, also a great hotel. I wish I could give everyone’s names but I am not good with names, but I remember each and every face, gentle smile, and recall the feelings they stirred, and I thank each and everyone of you, and of course my wife does too.

Amazing hotel

Hotel 41 is an oasis of calm in the chaos of London. Beautiful hotel with amazing attention to detail. The staff were charming, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Stunning accommodation kept immaculately clean and little treats left at turn down service made it feel special. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else when we visit London again.

As expected, we LOVED Hotel 41

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We spent 3 fabulous nights at Hotel 41 (Sept 4-7) and enjoyed it immensely. We travelled as a couple along with my elderly mother, booking 2 rooms. We had separated our London trip in 2 sections with the first part in Victoria and choosing Hotel 41 as our base was a stellar choice! Everyone was warm, friendly and attentive to our needs, open to conversations and helpful to any questions we had during our stay. The champagne, scones, treats, ice cream, plunder the pantry in the evening were well received by us- and we enjoyed drinks in the evenings with the wonderful appetizers! Our room was wonderful and the bed- oh the bed was like sleeping in a cloud, heavenly. When back in London, we will most definitely return to Hotel 41!

My bid for a five-day stay at the 41 Hotel in London was accepted. I'm writing to report that the hotel experience was extraordinary. The quality of the room (the bed, the bath, and a full panoply of amenities) was five-star. Even more important, the service was unqualifiedly exceptional — personal, attentive, efficient, friendly. I've been pleased with prior Luxury Link bookings but none has been the qualify of the 41 Hotel. It was truly a private residence with full service experience.

What an experience. Small and quaint where service is personal, efficient, and attentive. Never a want for anything. We arrived on my birthday and were treated like royalty the entire 5 day stay! We were greeted with champagne and a staff that was beyond exceptional. What a treat to return to our room after my b-day dinner to find a heart made of rose pedals on our bed and a room filled with red candles -- and a cake! The staff at 41 is exceptional -- they all went out of their way to make our stay so very special. Love this hotel and plan to return soon. Location is across from the Mews at Buckinham Palace. Descrete and wonderful!

Ever impulsive, we gambled on a "Buy it Now" for Hotel 41. And that gamble paid off (they don’t always - being "impulsive" is way over-rated). BUT - What a lovely place! What a terrific staff - every single one of them! This was truly our home for the week we spent in London. We'd start with breakfast in the lounge, back to the room for a rousing game of Wii volleyball (or basketball), walk all over London, back in time for appetizers and to catch up with the staff and other guests, then back out for a show and dinner or more sightseeing. The staff arranged everything for us: exchanging the complimentary champagne for a wonderful chardonnay when they noticed we declined the champagne, setting up the complimentary Wii in our room, theater tickets, high tea, dinners, tours. My favorite thing was getting back to the room at the end of the night: lights dimmed, candles lit, bottled water replenished on the night stands, classical music playing low in the background, and hot water bottles tucked underneath the beautifully turned down covers. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
