Hotel Cafe Royal

We have wanted to stay here for a while, so decided to treat ourselves. WOW! What a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we got to the door. We were offered champagne on arrival whilst checking in, which our room was ready despite arriving early. The reception area is spacious and beautiful presented. The staff were polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and the decor was very modern, the bathroom has a Dyson hairdryer and the toiletries are quite luxurious. This was our first visit, but we will definitely return.

We had a great experience at Cafe Royal. A beautiful hotel located in the heart of Piccadilly, which is within walking distance to the major sites in London. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and the room itself was worth the experience! What stood out at breakfast was the impeccable service and the well trained staff. We have never experienced better. The people at the front desk, as well as the front door, were welcoming and very personable. tWe look forward to returning when we are next in London.

I booked at room at this legendary hotel with the purpose of proposing to my girlfriend. Throughout the entire process, Louis from Guest Relations worked closely to make it the most seamless, enjoyable, magical, and perfect moment ever. The hotel is beautiful and bespoke, the amenities are next level, and the staff are kind, professional, passionate, and pretty much as good as you're going to get anywhere on the planet. We had tickets for Moulin Rouge which was just a 2 minute walk away from the hotel, making it the perfect location without making it too noisy - absolutely incredible. Clean with prompt turnover service and just an awesome experience to remember for the rest of my life. And also... she said yes!

A perfect hotel in a perfect location. We were celebrating my big birthday and an anniversary over four nights and the hotel went to a great deal of trouble to make it special in every way, from a discounted upgrade and breakfast, to a wonderfully decorated room. Breakfast was excellent apart from one wobble where on the second day our starter and main course arrived at the same time, with the latter potentially to be left on the table to go cold, while we ate the first course. It was quickly sent back. The staff are so kind and friendly. A special shout out to Roy in the Belle Epoque Grill room, who made our dinner there a truly memorable occasion. We are already planning our next stay. Sadly, the complimentary car was never available when we wanted it but we will book a suite with a car for sole use next time.
