Best Hotel with The Best Service
The warm welcome was one of the most memorable parts of my stay. Eshank at Reception greeted me with a big smile and was genuinely kind, attentive, and very service-minded. The welcome amenity was also a lovely touch. It was also very nice to be greeted by Eugene, the General Manager. Kevin and Manuel at breakfast were wonderful, friendly, and attentive. At check-out, the tall gentleman from the Bell team was very kind and helpful, especially in guiding me with the airport pick-up. This was my second stay at Hotel Café Royal, and both stays were excellent. Everyone I met greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful experience again and honestly cannot think of anything that needs to be improved.

WOWZA!-Just got home and couldnt wait to review! amazingly notable stay in the heart of classy London—bespoke Location, layout, professionalism without any of the snoot—concierge folks kind, truly helpful, and very friendly and approachable! — worth a trip to UK just to stay there at that location ! Exceptionally kind, helpful, and cheery staff all! A beautifully sculpted and wonderfully QUIET room with a doorbell no less, high class amenities throughout room, and throughout the hotel. Way beyond expectations as we just came from a stay at the prestigious Ett Hem hotel in Stockholm…Cannot say enough kind words and praise in this paragraph about the Hotel Cafe Royale, but I know we will ALWAYS stay there when in London. Thank you!

Wonderful welcome, especially by Shokh, who was so gracious to take time to show us around the facilities and help us with an early check in - very professional and helpful! Such a beautiful hotel combining the best of historical features with modern amenities, and the location is fabulous!

The best place to stay at London
I love staying at this hotel. The concierge is awesome. They helped me recover my luggage from the airport in three hours!!!!!!! They also got me the best seat for the theater and amazing places to eat. They really know their business 😁 The house car chauffeur is really a good person always trying to help. Everyone attending at the hotel tries to give their best.
