A wonderful relaxing place to stay in the center of busy London
I can only highly recommend this wonderful hotel, not only for it’s great location but for the attention and dedication of every member of the staff, the services provided, the cleanliness and well appointed rooms, the food and service at breakfast, the cafe grill restaurant and cakes and bubbles and last but not least the amazing spa area and their treatments. Will definitely stay there again 😊

Afternoon visit
We had a nice afternoon in the Green Bar, using a voucher that one of us had been gifted. When we arrived they took this off us immediately, they don't take cards or cash off other guests, it made us feel like we were being looked at as a flight risk. Also someone came round and told us how much of our voucher we had left near the end of our bottle of wine, we found this condescending and uncalled for and as if we looked like we couldn't afford to be there and were only there as we had the voucher! This may well have not been the intentions of the staff but that's how it felt. Aside from this staff were friendly and attentive, we ordered some bar bits and they arrived and they were cold and at that price they should arrive perfect. The next batch was much better, the waiter did comp the food which he didnt really need to do as they had replaced it but that was appreciated.

Spectacular London hotel
160 year old building transformed into a modern hotel, yet keeping the charm and ambience of the past. Beautiful rooms with modern conveniences. The staff makes you feel welcome and is very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Perfect location on Regent St. next to the Piccadilly tube stop and minutes from shopping and the West End. This will be my go to hotel on future visits.

Super hotel in a prime location
The Hotel Café Royal is in a great location on Regent Street and is perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. The service is friendly and professional, and the rooms are also very nice and modern.

Best hotel in London! Cafe Royal❤️
Cafe Royal was the best ever in London! I just liked the hotel from the Lobby to the room. All were perfect, I also enjoyed the spa and massage. It was perfect day for my husband birthday celebration! Highly recommend! 👍👍😍
