Motel 6 But Worse
The only reason I stayed at this hotel was for work. I was essentially forced to. I would NEVER stay at this hotel for a personal trip. It was a very provincial and unexceptional experience. If you like shopping at Walmart, this is probably the hotel for you.

Fantastic Luxury Hotel in the heart of Mayfair
The Churchill is a wonderful Hyatt hotel. There are three Hyatt properties in London that I stay at regularly; The Churchill, Park Hyatt, and Great Scotland Yard. Each has their own advantages based on specific location. What makes The Churchill special though is the staff. They will truly go above and beyond to ensure your trip to London is memorable and an experience, not just a stay. I brought my son to London to see some football matches for his birthday. The concierge staff took it upon themselves to have a small cake delivered along with balloons and a small birthday banner to decorate the room (see photo). That surprise was the definition of ‘exceeds expectations’!

Excellent location ! Room fantastic snd seamless customer servicd ! Absolutely a hotel want to come back again , tried the other Hyatt in London but I’ll still choose Churchill
