Hyatt Regency London, The Churchill

We stayed at the Churchill for our Honeymoon and it was our favorite hotel of our stay. The hotel was excellently staffed with friendly people and service was always prompt. It truly felt like there were so many people on hand to respond to whatever need you may have. Check-in was a breeze even though we checked in a few hours early upon request. We were traveling for our honeymoon and the hotel staff left us a very nice surprise in our room with a personalized note that made our stay feel all the more special. We stayed at several hotels on our honeymoon but the Churchill was by far our favorite. My wife complimented me on my choice of hotel and we loved the area and its proximity to shopping and nice places to eat. She already mentioned that we should stay there again when we go back to London and we have recommended it to friends already.

Great hotel, very central location—just a 3-minute walk down to Oxford Street. Great breakfast with a great variety of options.

Our 10 days stay at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill was overall quite unforgettable although there were some hitches. One of the 3 rooms we booked was only ready at almost 5 pm although we arrived much earlier. However, the hotel staff sent a bottle of wine and a note of apology after. The rooms are very cosy, comfortable and clean. The staff, especially from the concierge department were very helpful. Breakfast at the Montagu Kitchen was good with enough variety of salads and fruits which are our favorites . Our rooms overlooked the lovely Portman Square Garden, which was blooming during the time we were there. We enjoyed the view tremendously, We could also go into the garden to have picnics and use the playground. The location is excellent too! Connectivity to other places of interests is great! However, safety around the area is of great concern. One of our group members lost her 2 credit cards after going to M&S, which is located very near the hotel, on the day we arrived! Her backpack was some how opened on the way back to the hotel although we were all walking close to her! So, do be extremely careful. Overall, we had an awesome time at the hotel.

Nice stay at convenient location. Came for business meetings and was joined by my wife. We had a very nice experience. Attentive staff, good breakfast, fresh orchids and other nice touches made this stay more enjoyable. Close to key locations, restaurants, shopping, and pubs. Easy, safe walk to multiple Underground stations with access to key lines making transportation easy.)

Another great stay at the Churchill! So close to everything. You can get everywhere via bond street and marble arch stations which are both within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with an abundance of restaurants and shopping nearby. The club lounge and concierge staff are very attentive. The room size is spacious. Many options for families. We were able to get adjoining rooms. Highly recommend!
