At Last a Hotel that focuses on the comfort of its clientele > - The Churchill, London.
Wonderful Hotel: Amazing Staff: It all starts with the doorman. From the moment you get out of the taxi, and are ushered into the check-in area, you know that you are in a hotel, that’s primary purpose is to ensue the comfort of it’s clientele. Each staff member was courteous, polite. No matter what time of day or night, there was always a good morning, or good evening. The bedrooms were large ( although the bathrooms too small) The bed linens extremely comfortable. We required some extra hangers and they were there within minutes after a telephone request. The hotel itself is within walking distance to Oxford Street and the “Tube” not to mention the West End for shows and plays. It is indeed very well located.

Excellence and perfection
An amazing experience. If you are looking for absolute luxury and the most attentive, kind staff then book here. We could have stayed all week (but getting childcare is tricky!). Congratulations on being the best hotel we have ever stayed at. 5/5

Disappointed in the Executive Suite
Disappointed in a suite upgrade. It was a larger room, but poorly lit with 11 watt LED bulbs, tiny closet and tiny shower. The hotel has a lovely staff and very good location. We probably return but request the Regency Suite, not the Executive suite.

Exceptional staff and stay. Highly recommend! Best part of our stay in London. Conveniently located near major transportation lines, historical monuments and parks.

Great stay at the Hyatt London Churchill
We stopped at London on a trip of 4 European city and was impressed with the hotel. All the staff was welcoming, the location was good, and the concierges went above and beyond. Room was on the club floor and globalist included breakfast was excellent. The club lounge was also very nice and a good place to get some work done. Our room overlooked the garden and was pretty spacious for Europe. Definitely would stay here again.
