Hyatt Regency London, The Churchill

The service at the hotel was excellent. Tess from the reception was amazing and incredibly helpful. The staff at the entrance always welcomed us with a warm smile, which made a great first impression every time. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean and well organized, and the hostess along with the dining room staff were attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was rich, varied, and absolutely delicious. The hotel bar is very pleasant, beautiful, and classic, and Edward and Eric were extremely friendly and provided outstanding service. Overall, the hotel is of a very high standard — beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency The Churchill for three nights in February during a business trip, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable — steps away from great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the subway, making it effortless to get around the city whether for work or a little exploring in between meetings. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, though I think a refresh or upgrade would take them from good to truly great. That said, everything was clean, quiet, and exactly what you need after a long day of meetings. The standout for me was the dining. Both the in-room dining and breakfast were great — fresh, well-prepared, and delivered with excellent service. Overall, a fantastic choice for business travelers. I'll absolutely be returning on my next trip to the city. Highly recommend!

Once again we return to Churchill by Portman Square! As always when entering the revolving doors the magic begins! Being greeted by kind and familiar faces makes all the difference! Breakfast always a treat. We love the home made Berry Go Round, Coco Loco and Mango Sago. Clean and comfortable room overlooking Portman Square. Lovely fluffy robes and comfy slippers with the Churchill signature in contrasting grey color. Lovely toiletries from Milton Brown. Lounge on the 8th floor with a good variety of tasty food. Attended by kind and friendly staff. New for us at this visit was that Churchill Bar opened at noon. Wonderful! We sat outside in the company of Churchill himself in a comfortable lounge sofa surrounded by lush flowers. The prawns are magical as well as the Chartwell Fizz! As returning guest we treasure that there is always something new to appreciate! The Churchill is always on the move when it comes to creating that something special! But to us the hotels greatest asset is its staff! Probably the best in London! It is all of them who makes the stay truly magical and memorable! Breakfast are excellent, cafe staffs are excellent. especially on morning about 10:00 at 7 April , the manger (male) provided excellent service, care my need. Thank you all staffs, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant. This hotel make a difference with other hotels is that, shower provides clear information about directions HOT / COLD WATER, shower or top shower. Excellent.
