The New Year’s Eve event at Jumeirah Carlton London was simply spectacular. Impeccably organized, with outstanding food and vibrant music, the evening flowed effortlessly. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the unmistakable buzz and elegance that Jumeirah is known for. A truly memorable and stylish way to welcome the New Year. ✨

Quite simply, the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was nothing less than exceptional. The room was very tastefully decorated, and all of the amenities in the room were top-class. The turn-down service was so thorough and thoughtful too; the small touches don't go unnoticed.

My friend and I recently visited The Jumeriah Carlton Tower to celebrate our milestone birthdays. From the moment we arrived, to our departure, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is spotless and a credit to the housekeeping team who work extremely hard. We received a wonderful upgrade to a garden suite, which was decorated with balloons, hand written messages and lots of delicious sweet treats. The location of the hotel is excellent, positioned in the heart of Belgravia, the Cadagon gardens are situated immediately across the road, Harvey Nichols and many high-end boutiques are just around the corner, Sloane Square is also a short distance away and as two females, we felt very safe walking around the area. During our stay we made use of the spa facilities and enjoyed the garden inspired afternoon tea, which were both delightful. A special thank you to Thomas who served us in the Chinoiserie What really stood out for us was the warmth and friendliness of all the Jumeriah team, nothing was too much trouble. It really was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, within a relaxed and friendly environment.
