I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, and I would like to commend Jonathan Ciammella from the Customer Care team for his exceptional service. Jonathan was highly professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout my stay.

This is a lovely hotel, in a great position. Rooms are light and airy, and great food outlets to chose from. Fabulous breakfast. In many ways this is a hotel that would get a 5* rating, however, we booked for the pool. The pool is lovely, however getting in and out is a challenge. Due to an injury my wife needs a rail to hold on going up and down steps. That made the pool inaccessible for her, as there are just hidden steps. It is also a challenge for those with small children. So if you don't use the pool, or don't need a rail when getting in and out it is a fabulous property, however for that reason, we won't return

They treat my daughter and me very bad and took Manager permission to let my daughter stay for awhile but I’m shocked that they allow drunk men share her table

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and absolutely stunning, and the location made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the service. A special shoutout to Gianfranco, who went above and beyond to sort everything out for our stay. He was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we were settled and had everything we needed. He made a big difference to our trip. Because of him and the overall experience, we’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!
