This was my second stay in the hotel. Spacious family suit, bathroom with Shataf which is an attractive thing in the hotel for Muslims. Great welcoming with friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Quick room service. Great location. Definitely will come again.

Two nights in absolute heaven at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Knightsbridge. As loyal patrons of Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai for many years, this was our first stay at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower. Our expectations were incredibly high, and we were genuinely excited to see whether it could live up to its sister hotel in Dubai. It did… and then some. It is immediately clear that Andrew, the General Manager, has instilled exactly the same culture of excellence, attention to detail and genuine hospitality that Azar has created at Al Naseem. The standards are exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness and professionalism that we instantly felt at home. It genuinely felt like coming back to family, exactly as it does every time we stay at Al Naseem. The hotel itself is immaculate. Every area is beautifully maintained, and our Superior Room was elegantly presented, complete with a thoughtful welcome gift from the Jumeirah team. During our stay we made full use of the outstanding spa and fitness facilities. I enjoyed a wonderful 90-minute massage, while my fiancée, Hannah, had a facial which she described as one of the finest treatments she has ever experienced. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy access to the beautiful Cadogan Gardens, a hidden oasis in the heart of London. Throughout the hotel, every member of staff made us feel genuinely valued. The warmth, friendliness, cleanliness and attention to detail were evident at every turn. One of the highlights of our stay was being invited to a hosted dinner where we had the pleasure of meeting the Jumeirah One Executive Team – Michael, Lucy and Joanne. What an incredible trio. Dinner itself was simply outstanding. We enjoyed an extraordinary six-course tasting menu inspired by the SailGP event, with every course passionately explained by the Chef. It was an unforgettable culinary experience. The following morning we were whisked away to Portsmouth for SailGP in true Jumeirah style. Travelling in chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles with food and refreshments throughout the journey, every detail was flawlessly planned and delivered from start to finish. The event itself was fantastic. The food was superb, the atmosphere electric and, although Team GB didn’t win on the water, by the end of the day we all felt like winners. Michael, Lucy and Joanne have an extraordinary ability to make every guest feel welcomed, included and genuinely valued. Their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail transformed a wonderful event into an unforgettable experience. On the journey back, we finished the day with dinner at Heston Blumenthal’s world-famous restaurant, which was the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable day. Back at the hotel, breakfast deserves a special mention. It was absolutely sensational. We both agreed it is a contemporary European interpretation of the outstanding breakfast served at Al Naseem, no easy benchmark to meet. Before departing, we enjoyed a late checkout followed by the hotel’s wonderful Afternoon Tea. The sandwiches, pastries and freshly baked scones were exceptional and rounded off our stay perfectly. As we said our goodbyes to Andrew and his outstanding team, we both reflected on just how high our expectations had been before arriving. Not only were they met… They were exceeded. To top it all off, while relaxing in the hotel lobby we were fortunate enough to see His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai, walking through the hotel with his entourage. If the Jumeirah Carlton Tower is good enough for the Ruler of Dubai, it’s certainly good enough for us! Our heartfelt thanks go to Andrew, Michael, Lucy, Joanne and every member of the Jumeirah Carlton Tower team for creating such a seamless, thoughtful and unforgettable staycation. You didn’t simply provide luxury accommodation. You created memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. We cannot wait to return. ❤️❤️

Wanted To Give You Feed Back On Our Stay @ The Weekend We Were Checked In By A Delightful Young Lady On Saturday @ 4.00pm , Who Was So Welcoming Really Appreciated The Upgrade On The Room Which Had A Beautiful View With A Balcony As Well As Being Spacious, The Room Was Immaculately Clean Absolutely Loved The Special Thank You For The Cake & Fresh Fruit Very Nice Touch On The Slippers With My Initials On it The Dressing Table With The Mirror & Light Is A Brilliant Idea All Everything Was Beautifully Laid With Very High Quality Materials, Including Little Things Like The Wine Opener We Dinned @ La Masion , The Meal Was Delicious & Service Up To The Mark. We Ended The Evening By Having Your Signature Dessert ( Vanilla Cake ) That Tasted Fantastic The Next Day The Service At Breakfast Was Exceptional & The Egg Royal Was The Best I’ve Ever Had , Cooked To Prefection I Am A Well Traveled Man & I Must Say That This Was One Of My Best Hotel Stays In The World Congratulations You & The Entire Jumeriah Carlton Team For Running Superb True 5 Star Hotel In London .
