We enjoyed afternoon tea this past Saturday with Jordan as our waiter. He was so knowledgeable about everything and talked us through the history of each dish. He also took incredible photos of us - thank you for making our experience so lovely <3

I had the most lovely experience at afternoon tea. Jordan gave us such thoughtful and interesting knowledge about all of the pastries and tea options, and was so conscientious of my allergies, providing a truly enjoyable time.

From the moment we arrived, my husband and I were captivated by this unique British charm and sophisticated culture that flows from the entire property. To top it all off, the breakfast time in the Town House was a true highlight. We were greeted with genuine, warm smiles during our morning meal which made our stay unforgettable. The personal touch and services we received were second to none. Also, our room was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. People revisit London because of Harrods, Oxford Street or musicals? We revisit London because of The Kensington Hotel.

I recently enjoyed dinner at the Kensington , and the experience was truly memorable. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, and the restaurant feels comfortable and relaxed, perfect for an evening out. The menu is especially interesting, offering a great selection for dinner with both seafood and meat options. To fully try the experience, we ordered: Seafood spaghetti with clams and mussels* — although the flavors were good, it was a little bit dry, and it wasn’t actually spaghetti; the pasta was tagliolini. Prawns — absolutely delicious. Black Angus fillet steak — cooked to perfection and served with a Bearnaise sauce, which was a standout. We also chose two different salads, and both were very tasty—particularly the beetroot salad, which we really enjoyed. For drinks, we picked a beautiful French Picpoul, a crisp and dry white from southern France. Its name means “stings the lip” which is exactly what you feel—a sharp, refreshing acidity that pairs wonderfully with seafood. The service was another highlight: very professional, and we genuinely appreciated the way the team welcomed us. Everything was served smoothly and confidently, with perfect execution. Finally, the last but not the least: I found the bill well balanced for the quality and quantity of what we received—it felt fair and proportionate to the experience. Overall, I'm really happy I discovered this beautiful place. It's a fantastic spot for a quality dinner,
