Incredible
My friend and I were visiting London for a long girls trip and George and Arman were the best concierges we have ever experienced. They took us under their wing and helped to plan the most special trip. I cannot recommend this hotel enough…. Truly a unforgettable experience.

Tom Keating is the greatest!
Absolutely fantastic - lovely hotel, and Tom Keating, the Guest Relations manager, pulled out all the stops for us. We will definitely be staying here on our next London visit.

Brilliant hotel
Myself and my family had a great stay here. The location was ideal and the service was fantastic. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, service, location - like a home away from home
Terrific hotel, with a perfect location in Kensington near Chelsea FC, shopping, Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, museums, tube, Thames and Battersea, as well as an easy trip back and forth to Heathrow. Highly recommend staying here for the home away from home feel, a boutique experience without being fussy. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who want to accommodate and help.

Wow, oh wow!
Enjoyed roundy birthday celebrations at the Kensington Hotel on Saturday. Thomas Keating is the best guest relations manager I have ever encountered, a fabulous ambassador for the hotel. He made our experience truly memorable, thank you Tom. x
