An Exceptional Stay at The Kensington
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Kensington, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, elegant surroundings, and a welcoming feel that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the team. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would particularly like to express my sincere appreciation to Noel and Kumar, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of throughout my stay. Their kindness, warm hospitality, and willingness to help made a real difference and reflected the high standard of service that The Kensington delivers. A great hotel is defined not only by its facilities and location, but also by the people who make guests feel genuinely welcome. The team at The Kensington certainly achieved that. I was bullied by the front staff , and made to feel alful , rude men ! And after 10 years of been loyal ??? Who changed
I believe the change of management, killed a once great hotel !! All the staff there are like my family , after staying there 10 years . But After the summer , I see new angry aggression, super sad ! I’ll never stay there again ! Angry sad men on reception 😢 Once again to see a lovly hotel , turning against the ones that supported you , no loyalty at all , due to ego on the front desk 🙉😢shame 🤮

Exceptional Unforgettable Stay
We had a truly amazing experience at The Kensington. Our room was clean, well maintained with modern decor and very comfortable. The hospitality from the staff was the highlight of our stay. We arrived late at night and Noel at the front desk was exceptional getting us settled and taking care of all aspects of our reservation including following up the next day. Everyone went out of their way to make it an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend staying at The Kensington!

Imaginative decor and great hospitality
Fantastic, friendly staff and excellent decor! We arrived in the middle of the night. Greeted by doorman who made sure we were safe and helped us with all our luggage. Rooms are amazingly decorated and extremely comfortable. Service at the bar and at Breakfast is exceptional. A true 5 star boutique hotel.
