We visited the Kensington to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful hotel would highly recommend. A couple of big thank you’s to Chandan in the restaurant who was so nice and made the night even more special. She was super helpful and made us laugh, even sang happy birthday to my wife! Also thank you to Harvey on the front concierge who couldn’t have been more helpful, a true gent! Thank you for such a great experience I’ll definitely be back!

In an area filled with many small luxury boutique hotels, the Kensington remains one of the very safe values, where I like to go back regularly over the years. Well equiped rooms, nice decoration and very friendly service make a difference, not mentioning the fantastic breakfast served at the table, which I so much prefer over a buffet.

My friend and I were visiting London for a long girls trip and George and Arman were the best concierges we have ever experienced. They took us under their wing and helped to plan the most special trip. I cannot recommend this hotel enough…. Truly a unforgettable experience.
