Great hotel in a great location
I had a fantastic stay at the Landmark Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful but the service from the staff truly made my stay memorable. I would especially like to give a shout out to Hazel at reception and Sanjiv at concierge who went above and beyond to make me comfortable.

Loved it!
Beautiful hotel with such a luxury feel. Service from Syed was excellent. They kept asking if we needed more sandwiches and came round with the sandwich plate many times. Food was delicious and plenty. I’ve been to many luxury afternoon teas and this is definitely as good as the other top ones.

Beautiful
We were lucky enough to have an evening drink and then breakfast the following day on the London Marathon weekend. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Would love to actually stay here in the near future. The breakfast was absolutely great. The staff were really friendly and seemed happy to have such a lovely place to work in.

We had a lovely celebration. The food was delicious. Roshan was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful meal. The Winter Garden is very pretty. We had the sun shining on us which was glorious. Definitely worth a visit. We’re bound to revisit soon!

22 wedding anniversary
Visited The Landmark Hotel today to celebrate 22 wonderful years of marriage, and it honestly felt just as special as it did the day we got married. We went for drinks in the Champagne Bar and were looked after by David, who gave us the warmest, most incredible service—way beyond what we expected! David and his team made us feel so welcome. If you’re thinking about visiting for drinks, afternoon tea, lunch, dinner, or even planning a wedding, we cannot recommend it enough.
