Tea was lovely. Mihai was our server and he was exceptional! The special strawberry sandwich was a delight. Will treat ourselves again next time in London.

This is our second time staying at the Landmark London. We had remembered that our previous stay was very pleasant and memorable so decided to come back. Upon our arrival, we were rudely greeted by the front desk. The staff told us the room was not ready yet and that they would notify us when it was. In the meantime they offered to let us use the spa. The staff at the spa were welcoming and pleasant. They showed us around, answered questions, and were genuine and caring. We were able to shower and change- something completely life changing after an overnight flight. We killed time wandering around Marylebone- a beautiful neighborhood with lots to do and see. When we got back to the hotel a couple hours later the front desk told us our room had been ready. We were told we would receive a call when our room was ready- we did not. The Landmark is a very luxurious hotel, hosting many families and individuals who appear to have wealth. Due to the large amount of guest who appear to be richer than others, some guests may be treated slightly differently due to the lack of money that they may appear to have. As someone who experienced this firsthand, it is upsetting to see individuals be treated differently based on looks and actions. Our room was a perfect size and looked in on the courtyard. The room was still able to get lots of light despite not facing outside. We were also able to lightly hear the sound of the piano from the courtyard. (Not a complaint, just a note for those who may find it distracting!) The Landmark London is in a perfect location. Two different train stations are accessible just across the street and a couple blocks over. The hotel is near many delicious restaurants, shops, cafes, and parks but still not in the center of the bustling city. The spa at Landmark is amazing. Not only is the staff thoughtful and warm, but there are many accommodations. The pool and hot tub are quiet and peaceful, the gym well equipped, and although I cannot say from person experience, the treatments being offered seem very nice. The breakfast buffet in the morning is a perfect way to start the day. Although I believe it to be slightly overpriced, there is a wide range of fruits, pastries, and more being offered to the guests. It is usually hard to get a table, especially for a big group, but it is not overly crowded. The waiters and staff are kind and very helpful. Overall, we had a very nice time at Landmark. While there were some bumps along the way and situations that could have been handled slightly better, I would overall recommend this hotel for your next stay!

The Landmark is a lovely classic hotel with a number of exceptional features— Decor, cleanliness, attention to detail, excellent cuisine, customer service. But its finest feature is the outstanding staff whose joy in their work is apparent, in their ability to anticipate and respond to guests’ needs and make the stay a memorable time. High praise to Ana and Ivy in the Champagne bar!!! What a pair!! Kudos and thanks to both for their kindness, warmth, and exceptional service. True hospitality!
