Thanks to Syed, very friendly service. High tea at the Landmark Hotel is recommended. I enjoyed the black tea infused with dark chocolate. Excellent.

I have stayed at The Landmark London four times over the past three years, and unfortunately, the quality of service has declined with each visit. During my most recent stay, I found a dirty sock on the floor of my room upon check-in — which clearly did not belong to me. Despite informing the hotel staff, no apology or solution was offered. The level of hygiene and attention was far below what one would expect from a so-called luxury hotel.

The best hotel in London! The rooms are amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a great selection of restaurants and bars inside. The breakfast was to die for and the mirror bar is a great place to sit and have a quick drink. The hotel is also very well located, close to the train station and also has easy access to cabs to go anywhere you’d like in no time.

The most accommodating hotel to stay in. Extremely comfortable bed, and the staff were warm and very welcoming. The natural light coming into the room each day was beautiful. The buffet breakfast is a must, one of the best we have tried in the world! Without a doubt, the Customer Relations Manager, Emira, was exceptional and should be promoted! A big thank you for being soo helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thankyou

I had booked a girls’ weekend with my sister, who was flying in for a visit. I requested early check-in, understanding it was not guaranteed, but was disappointed that our rooms were still not ready even by the standard 3 PM check-in time. We only received our keys at 5 PM, and one of them didn’t work. Upon entering the room, we discovered that some of our bags were missing. The following day, after returning from a show, I found that a shopping bag containing toys I had purchased for my daughter was also missing. She was understandably distraught. I reported this to the front desk, and was told the cleaning team would be contacted. However, I received no update and had to follow up myself the next day. It has now been four weeks, and I am still awaiting a refund. The rooms were acceptable, but I would advise against staying on the top floor due to tiny windows, poor views, and loud air conditioning units. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the cost of the stay. Missing items and lack of communication from staff significantly impacted what should have been a joyful weekend.
