Great location, great hotel.

Stayed a couple of different times in o/s one trip - I'm very lucky. It's one of my favourite hotels anywhere - having stayed previously a few years back was happy to see it was still as good as I remember. The comfort of the rooms is exceptional, they really do think of everything. The pool and spa is so good. Staff are next level professional and knowledgeable. I'll keep coming back the the Langham.

Outstanding Hotel in Every Way

I can't even begin to describe how lovely The Langham, London is. The guest experience is nothing short of exceptional every time we stay. They have wonderful amenities (gym, spa, pool) and outstanding dining. The level of dedication and customer service from all of the staff is absolutely impeccable. It is among the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. The location could not be better and the hospitality is truly top-notch. I must also call out the staff of the executive club lounge for their incredible service, kindness and warmth.

A Three star Hilton with a Five star rating.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

Unexpectedly Dismissive Service at a Five-Star Hotel I stopped by The Langham this morning to have a quick breakfast before meeting a guest who was staying at the hotel. The restaurant was at least half empty, yet when I checked in with the maitre d’, I was immediately asked for a room number. I explained that I wasn’t staying at the hotel, that I was early for my meeting, and simply wanted to have breakfast. To my surprise, I was told the restaurant was “fully committed” and was refused a table. Given how many empty tables were visible, this felt both unnecessary and quite unwelcoming. For a property that presents itself as a five-star experience, the interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I left feeling genuinely disappointed. I hope the management reviews how such situations are handled, as first impressions and basic courtesy make all the difference.
