The overall experience with the Capital hotel was excellent. Staff, reception , Concierge service, bar personel , rom service were all efficient and friendly. Location is good, so we will definitely be back.

Excellent atmosphere and staff that goes the extra mile
We were greeted in a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. Reception and especially the Concierge were extremely helpful to make arrangements to exhibitions that were otherwise "sold out". This helped make our London tout a great succes!

Excellent location,comfortable and clean room,very friendly staff ,thanks to Ms Valerica ,she was very helpful,excellent house keeping.very close to Harrods and to subway station,many restaurants and shops,are with walking distance
