Wonderful experience
The staff at the Capitol were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate and help get us situated and organized throughout the city of London. Claudia, Brooklyn, and Josh all went out of their way with friendly smiles and helpful tips to navigate the city. We would highly recommend this hotel. It’s clean, quiet, and easily accessible to shops, restaurants, and more.

A perfect stay in a fabulous location.
We had the perfect stay at Capital Hotel! The room was beautiful, so tasteful in every way. The bed was dreamy comfortable. All bath amenities top rate. The service was impeccable: the concierge took extra steps to assist us, even walking us down the street to find our stop. He gave great recommendations for dinner. The front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and so kind. When they learned it was my husbands birthday, they sent an amazing small cake to the room. It was perfect after a whole day of touring. And the location of this hotel is one of the best. It was all just perfect!

Knightsbridge perfection!
Spectacular location literally next to the Knightsbridge station. Easy direct line to Heathrow. Extremely professional staff. The night manager, Miguel, was outstanding. He looked after us on late evenings with superb service at the lobby bar and happy to stay and look after us for as long as we wished. The room was beautiful with super comfortable bedding.
