Great location and even greater staff
Great location, but even better staff! Centrally located in Knightsbridge steps away from Harrods. After a red eye flight from the US I was very grateful to be kindly greeted by the staff that went above and beyond to allow an early check in. Thanks to Dino, Paulo, Hose, Claudia, Ariola and Valerika

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially Ali and Miguel—they were really helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend.
Excellent boutique hotel in prime location. Good value and attentive service. They went out of their way to make you feel at home. We had booked 1 br apartment for our family of four. The location is convenient to shopping, sightseeing and world class restaurants. Would definitely come back in the future.

HOTEL HAS NO CONSIDERATION FOR ENVIRONMENT
Bathroom Radiator ON Full Blast All Day and Night - MANAGEMENT COULDN'T SWITCH IT OFF (apparently) - Noisey Air Con. Room was overheating - Couldn't switch air con on as it was too noisey..... Got Moved 3.30AM - to another room ..... YES WAIT FOR IT ... WITH ......Bathroom Radiator ON Full Blast All Day AND Night and Noisey Air Con.
