Excellent location, good value for money.
A small pleasant hotel at an excellent position, easy walking distance to most places of interest in Knightsbridge including shops, restaurants, museums, Hyde Park, etc. Pleasant staff and management always willing to help.

Great location, Great staff, ok room.
The Townhome portion of the hotel was nice, but unfortunately not the picture posted on the site, so I was disappointed on arrival. The shower leaked water on the floor through the shower door no matter how careful I was to prevent it. I was disappointed with the Afternoon Tea, so I recommend going somewhere else. Saying all the above, the staff were great and made the whole stay better. Everyone from the Doorman greeting to the house keeping staff did there best to make your stay wonderful. They all went above and beyond to accommodate your stay. I would stay again, due to the staff and location to the tube. I would insist on a better room due to the issues named above. My critiques are only to inform and not to diminish the hotel as I feel its a great hotel, but those comments above might make it even better.

Home from home. Super friendly hotel. I always come here when in London. Treated as an individual not just a client.
Must have dinner at restaurant...fantastic ! Housekeeping very good and rooms have just been redecorated to high standard. Thank you to all the staff at reception, restaurant and bar for their welcoming, warmth and friendliness.

Stayed at the Capital London
We stayed at The Capital after the London Marathon. The service was exceptional. The porters were very attentive especially Paul. Great location also

Good location and gracious staff.
Location was good. Short walk to Underground to visit London. The room was wonderful and the staff were gracious and most helpful. I would stay again.
