London Marriott Hotel Park Lane

Was here for a long trip. Every morning, Vivian made breakfast something I actually looked forward to. He remembered my preferences, kept everything topped up, and had a natural warmth that made the dining room feel genuinely welcoming rather than transactional. No fuss, just consistently great service that set a good tone for the day. Staff like him are hard to find and I’m glad I chose this hotel. The other staff were also great and food was good too!

We had a fantastic lunch experience at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, made truly memorable by the exceptional service from our waiter, Vivian. From the moment we were seated, Vivian was attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. He took the time to walk us through the menu, offering thoughtful and spot-on recommendations that elevated our entire meal. His knowledge of the dishes and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear he takes great pride in delivering excellent service. The food itself was delicious, but what made this visit special was the level of care and professionalism Vivian brought to our table. It’s rare to come across service that feels both polished and personal. Highly recommend dining here — and if you’re lucky enough to have Vivian as your server, you’re in for a top-tier experience.

Vivian was amazing! Great service

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a very friendly doorman, and the reception staff were also warm and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the in-room amenities were great. I especially appreciated the quality Babyliss hairdryer, which was a nice touch. The shower also had excellent water pressure. The only downside was that a couple of the doormen were not particularly friendly, although the one we interacted with most often was outstanding and made a great impression. The location was another major highlight — being so close to the Marble Arch tube station made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I came to stay for a late mother’s day present and would like to mention how grateful and happy we were about our stay! We had a wonderful check in with Sahil, Shegun the doorman was extra lovely and I wish I retained more names as everyone was very polite, courteous and helpful. A very big thank you to Sukh who arranged such a beautiful park facing room for us- it was an absolute treat; the lounge was lovely with plenty options to chose from catering to all dietary needs. The pool and sauna were just the cherry on top. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for such a wonderful experience- Yasmine C
