I have been to this hotel 5 times now and each time I enjoy it more The staff are top notch Always friendly and happy to greet you I particularly love the way the housekeeping cleans your room beautifully and the turn down service is wonderful The people in the Executive Lounge bend over backwards to please you and will make you an omelette if you request I love the spa area with the beautiful pool and steam room and showers Our room was LOVELY with a view over Hyde Park and a quick walk to transport and central London hot spots The bed and sheets are amazing I already want to go back

We recently booked afternoon tea at the London Marriott Park Lane and had the most wonderful experience. The hospitality here is incredible—you are made to feel welcome from the second you walk through the door. As a family, we were so grateful for how beautifully the staff looked after our kids, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. Vivian looked after us and was absolutely fantastic. His kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful nature really elevated the afternoon. The food and tea were spectacular, but it was the exceptional service that made the day so memorable. Thank you to everyone, especially Vivian. We will definitely be back!"

Currently we are staying at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane, and the experience has been exceptional. While the location and rooms are fantastic, it is the staff's warmth and professionalism that set this hotel apart. A huge shoutout to Shubham at the front desk, who welcomed us with incredible warmth and efficiency right from arrival. Equally impressive is Vivian in the dining team. His attentive service, friendliness , and sharp eye for detail make every meal a highlight of the day. The entire team makes you feel truly valued as a guest. We are really enjoying our stay and will definitely be returning on future visits to London.
