London Marriott Hotel Park Lane

This is a first rate hotel that offers everything that I look for in such an establishment - great, attentive professional service from a highly motivated and well-trained staff, beautifully appointed room and great location to boot. Arrival was met promptly by the front staff and my check-in processed efficiently, I was called by my name by other members of the staff as soon as I left the front-desk walking to the elevator - at my room when the staff came to turn down the room and at the executive lounge when I came for a beverage. This attention to detail and offer of a very personalized experience enamored me to this establishment from the get-go - even though I was here on business. The room was of a good size, pleasantly decorated and adorned with furnishings that fit from an aesthetics perspective - this is not your typical Marriott but a super-Marriott that exceeds what I have experienced in many of their higher-end cousins. The room had ample and facile access to power outlets, the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was well designed and laid-out. Temperature control was a little sluggish - but probably because it is set for winter climate "only" and the water pressure from the shower could be a little stronger. Location was excellent (obviously) but I have to say that the hotel's greatest asset is its staff. Food (and staff) at the executive lounge (breakfast and snacks) was amazing (for a lounge) - definitely recommend signing up for access. Well done and thank you - I will plan on returning at the next opportunity.

Our second stay at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane was spectacular. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Mayfair with stunning views of Hyde Park and easy access to Oxford Street. What truly sets this hotel apart is the caliber of its staff. We would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Vivian for his exceptional service. He made our return visit truly memorable, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mr. Vivian during my stay at the Marriott Park Lane. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is a beautiful and well-maintained property, and it is staff members like Mr. Vivian who truly make it stand out as a premier destination in London. It is rare to find such a perfect combination of a great atmosphere and genuine hospitality.

The place is very calm and cosy. We enjoyed a perfect afternoon tea. It was very tastefull. Excellent service (Thanks Vivien!).

Last night 13th Dec was my birthday, which I shared with my daughter who surprised me with a lavish meal at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane Steakhouse restaurant. The evening was one of my best experiences eating out, the service was impeccable and the ambiance was truly fitting for such a wonderful eating experience. A very special mention to the staff who took the time with me and my daughter choosing , advising and listening- A very special shout out to Luca, magnificent and a guy who exudes every trait you could wish for when it came to service and attentiveness, also a mention to Genesis who was lovely and caring, Robert working the bar, Nick the Concierge who knew everyone, they all had the Xmas spirit with a lovely warm friendly charm - We both loved it and thank you JD Marriott, take a bow.
