Fabulous hotel, great location and impeccable service
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. To summarise, it is a fabulous hotel located very conveniently right next to Marble Arch tube. Service was impeccable. The rooms are beautifully laid out and the amenities are luxurious. We had breakfast at the restaurant on all three days. We also ate lunch on one day. Although the vegetarian choices were limited, food was excellent. We were served by Vivian and he was very attentive and prompt with his response to our requests. We will be back at the hotel soon!

The best service ever
We had an amazing stay at the hotel . We had a pleasant and fabulous server mr.vivian at the breakfast everyday. Mr. Vivian was friendly,helpful and provide an amazing service. We enjoyed talking to him

Great experience for businesses
We had a great experience at the hotel in January 2026. We were there for business and booked one of their meeting rooms for a full week. The staff were extremely collaborative and very friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Evi, Vivian, and Bassel from the hotel team, who were incredibly helpful and absolutely amazing

Great brunch
Visited the hotel for a short stay with friends, we enjoyed the close proximity to everything. Vivian, the waiter in the breakfast area was very accommodating and pleasant, made our stay even more joyful.

Afternoon tea experience
Visited in the new year for afternoon tea with a friend. We were greeted and serviced by Vivian and team throughout the afternoon. The definition of warm hospitality ❤️ The food and tea were delicious! Vivian made some really good tea recommendations and even offered more refills. My friend and I left feeling very happy. Would definitely recommend!
