Absolutely beautiful hotel with a truly high standard of customer service. My go to for all my stays in London. As a return visitor I am always greeted very warmly welcomed, the service exceeds my expectations at every interaction. I will most certainly be returning again. Special mention to Beata who served me at breakfast - an excellent host, extremely friendly, professional and very efficient service. Thank you.

My (now) husband and I decided to get married in London, and our friends that live there recommended The Marylebone Hotel. I have never had a better experience at a hotel before. Their staff is incredible! We opted for the Terrace Suite room which did not disappoint! It had beautiful views of the city. Irina in guest services took such great care of us. They gave us champagne, flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and other goodies when we arrived to thank us for choosing their hotel for such a special occasion. When we got home from dinner after the ceremony, they had decorated our room with balloons and rose petals.. it was so cute! And thoughtful! Conceirge also helped us ship out wedding dress and tux back to the US, which we really appreciated. The rooms and common areas of the hotel are beautiful. The restaurant and bar, food, etc.... everything was fantastic. I seriously don't have anything negative to say whatsoever... they truly made our special weekend even more magical!!

I can not put into words how well our stay went. It was a special father daughter trip for my girl's 18th birthday. I had no idea how to go about setting up things like balloons, cake, etc while traveling. Leave it to the management team at Marylebone. Once Mr. Nicholas Davies found out why the trip meant so much to us, he put his team (Irina, Karmal, etc) into action to help me coordinate the best birthday experience ever for my daughter. This included a happy birthday card from the hotel, flowers, and balloons on arrival in our room, and a slice of cake and bottle of champagne with fancy balloon with another card on her actual birthday day! To top it off, I paid only the cost of the material for all this work. One would expect a hotel to charge a premium for such service, not this management team! Mr. Davies made an effort to meet the birthday girl in person despite his busy schedule and Irina and Karmal checked up on us multiple times to make sure everything goes smoothly. They truly made this the most special experience for my daughter and for that I will forever be grateful. The hotel itself is very well located, with in room climate control (AC not standard in UK hotels), and great room service. Very comfortable beds and fancy bottles of water daily (sparkling and still) were a very nice bonus as well. I watched many families check in during our stay and every single one got the same individualized attention. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be my first choice for future London visits.

A relaxing and wonderful stay at this intimate hotel. Our checkin experience with Toby was personable and welcoming. Thank you Toby for working your magic and enhancing our stay. The hotel’s communal areas, lounge, washrooms, restaurant are all comfortable and well appointed for this small hotel. The amazing ambiance throughout made us feel we had chosen the right place for a short break. Service during breakfast faultless, all staff attentive and Beata is particularly personable, professional and brightens up your day; Beata goes above and beyond. Vigjilent the Porter, always greeted us with a smile and was very efficient. We loved how he ensured we were hydrated, offering water whilst waiting for a taxi. Toby, Beata and Vigjient are a real credit to the hotel.
