Elizabet on reception: SUPER HELPFUL

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Super fantastic and helpful staff at the front of house. Specifically Elizabet on the reception desk (1st May 2025, evening). She was kind, helpful and very accommodating in aiding me. As a resident of the local area her type of curtesy is much appreciated.

Home Away from Home ❤️

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the beautiful Marylebone. Staff were exceptional and we loved being greeted at breakfast each morning by Grace and Arham who made this stay feel like home away from home. We will definitely be coming back here on our next visit to London. Bruce & Gina from NZ

Marylebone stay

Really friendly staff. Noel went out of his way to support our accommodations and make our stay positive. Thanks Noel! Also enjoyed the hotel breakfast. Tasty food and good service. Downside TV signal was not working in the room but we weren’t in the room too much.

Top notch hotel in a perfect location!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

I had a wonderful solo stay at The Marylebone for 8 nights in April and I can’t wait to go back. Everyone was so welcoming and professional, the service was top notch and the quiet but central London location can’t be beat. I’ve stayed in many different locations and hotels in London, but this was my favorite and one I will return to. The Marylebone is located a block from the Marylebone high street and 5 minute walk from busy Bond St station, but you wouldn’t know it from the quiet, charming streets around the hotel. And if you want a nature break, Regent’s Park is an easy 10 minute walk through Marylebone village. And always a lovely group of London cabbies waiting outside the front doors if I didn’t want to walk or take the tube. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated feeling recognized and safe in the hotel and safe walking at night in the neighborhood. My home away from home was a studio suite with a queen bed on the 6th floor. The hallways are a little dark but my room was large, blissfully quiet and full of light. Top quality amenities, nightly turn down service with treats and a very responsive front desk. Wonderful breakfasts in the 108 Brasserie restaurant, and if you want something different just walk around the corner to a myriad of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. I liked that the hotel has a more intimate feel due to its size but without sacrificing any of the amenities or services you’d find at a larger hotel. Sadly I did not have a chance to workout at the Third Space Health Club - next time! All in all, The Marylebone exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next visit, hopefully this summer!
