Beautiful hotel with attentive and welcoming staff
I stayed here for my 40th birthday and it was just beautiful. The room and hotel was gorgeous - luxe without being stuffy and the staff are amazing. Monet welcomed us at check in and just looked after us really well with an upgrade and late checkout. I was so touched to find a card, cake and champagne in my room from the team too! It’s a great hotel to visit if you want to stay somewhere special with a relaxed and welcoming feel.

Beautiful stay in Marylebone
Centrally located hotel in Marylebone (love this neighborhood). Perfect spot to walk around the shops/restaurants in the neighborhood or take the tube for connection to other areas. The rooms are cosy but has a vibrant cocktail bar/lounge area. Breakfast was included in my rate, which provided a very filling start to the day (buffet plus order off the menu) and loved the personal service by Beata each morning. Arrived on an early morning flight and pleasantly surprised to be able to check in on arrival. My only challenge was the gym. The gym is quite expansive/nicer than most hotels but constantly crowded as it is a standalone gym operated in the same building. Nice to have access but it was constantly crowded as opposed to hotel gyms which tend to be smaller but less crowded (so just be aware if looking for a quiet morning workout).
