The May Fair Hotel

Our stay at the Mayfair hotel was superb courtesy of the awesome staff, the very accessible location as well as the amenities offered at the hotel. The experience made us feel at home away from home which is much needed when you are walking over 15k steps daily and navigating through a new culture. Food and service at the hotel was on point along with numerous options available around based on any sort of hunger needs. One of our best hotel experiences ever!

I would like to sincerely praise Vladi, who works here as a hotelier. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. Her warm personality and genuine care made me feel truly welcome and comfortable. I also had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Mayfair. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. Its location is excellent, with many popular attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby, making it perfect for exploring the city. Thanks to Vladi and the fantastic hotel, my stay in London was truly enjoyable and memorable.

This was our first stay in London as a family. Was very impressed with the service from all the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t book breakfast as thought it would be a waste for our kids but we were given a complimentary breakfast on check in which allowed us to try it and we then booked another morning as there was something for everyone and the food was lovely. We had a family room which was very spacious with two bathrooms. It could be a little noisy some nights when people came out the restaurant across the road but don’t last long and we were mostly in bed fairly early so maybe more aware. Think overall the hotel is on a quiet area. We were not sure about using the tube at first but the green park underground was so handy and easy to navigate. We could pretty much get anywhere we were going from there. Excellent location. Room service food was excellent, the restaurant didn’t really cater for young children’s tastes but they enjoyed the experience of room service the couple of times we got back later. Very clean hotel, a little bit of wear and tear in hotel room but nothing dramatic, a very pleasant stay overall. Cannot praise the staff high enough for their service from reception, concierge and house keeping and room service. Would definitely return and recommend as a good base for pretty much any London activities. Spotted a few of the hotels I considered when we were out and about and was so glad I chose the Mayfair. I think being off any off the main streets provided such a calming base after long days out.
