Arrogant Security Staff
My son and work colleagues were harassed by security staff multiple times during our stay. They were made feel "Less Than" and frowned upon. Totally unacceptable for a 5* hotel. Please up your game!

Very fair at the May Fair
The check in procedure was very personal, professional and informative. Zina was so good at balancing her professional role with that of a friendly host. She explained everything that we needed to know and our stay was better for it. The hotel, as you would expect is impeccably run.
