Great hotel, very central (close to everything), modern, clean and beautiful. Also, one of the hotel staff, Cristina was great, she recommended good places to eat and walk and was especially nice to us when checking in!! Highly recommend.

The hotel is very very modern, clean and nice. The receptionist Cristina was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and the best is one of the most comfortable beds i’ve ever slept in. I highly recommend!

The ME is well-located for exploring London. The staff are excellent - when we entered to check in, there were several others waiting to do the same. The staff escorted us to a comfortable seat and offered us champagne, taking our bags. Our room had a nice little terrace with a great view of the Thames and Southside. The bathroom and shower were large and well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were only two flaws: there is very little room to store clothes - one very small closet with six hangers and no shelves or drawers, so we lived out of our suitcases. That is not a very luxurious feeling. Also, our room was on the 9th floor, and we didn't discover until our 10PM return on our first day (a Thursday) that there is an extraordinarily loud nightclub on the 10th floor - the music literally shook the walls of our room until 1:30AM.

My family and I booked two rooms at the ME London for a week in May 2025. From walking into the elegant foyer and then into the lobby, it was clear we were in a very high-end hotel. The concierge greeted us with flutes of bubbles! Check-in was seamless - the staff were incredible; our rooms were perfect, spacious, clean, welcoming, comfortable; dining on-site amazing. There were a few things I either had questions about or was seeking a recommendation for - each time, the front desk staff and concierge went above and beyond to help. The hallways were very (very) dark which added to the property's elegance but it was a bit extreme. That's the only thing that wasn't exactly my style. Finally and as a bonus, an art exhibit opened in the lobby on our second night. It was stunning. #shotbyadams is worth checking out even if you're just in the area; Bryan Adams' artwork was truly spectacular!

Uninspiring check in, The Greggs opposite was welcoming in comparison. And the room needed additional cleaning (sorted within half an hour or so). That apart, we had a very enjoyable stay, meeting friends for rooftop cocktails before heading out for the evening. I used one of my Melia Gold 20% vouchers and rate it as very good value for money. This was my third visit, the Melia Me is becoming my favorite London hotel.
