Had an amazing time. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel and room were perfectly clean. The turndown service was a great touch. Plan to stay there again when we return to London.

Not inexpensive but worth it

Great Location and walking neighbourhood, very friendly attentive staff, as an older building few of the rooms are the same but all are updated, very clean, great touches throughout. In short excellent British hospitality. We've stayed in many hotels in Europe, this by far is our favourite in London

This is the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. Located near to Kensington Palace means it is easily accessible from High Street Kensington tube station. It is near to the Royal Albert Hall (The best concert hall in the world), The Victoria & Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum. Service at the hotel is impeccable. From the check in staff to the cleaners they are all friendly, happy to help in any way they can. Breakfast is worth every penny, and cooked food is served to your table exactly how you want it.

Fabulous stay! Stunning hotel with impeccable service.

We received the warmest welcome on our arrival and found delicious treats in our room. The bed was very comfortable. The room service for breakfast was fantastic with super fresh pastries, plenty of fresh fruit and good coffee. We also enjoyed afternoon tea with scrumptious sandwiches and desserts - the tea ceremony is a must. Overall, the dining experience was outstanding. Thomas and Rumain were the consummate hosts. I had a 90-minutes massage with Jana and would highly recommend her. She is a very experienced and wonderful therapist with a holistic approach and can tailor to your needs. I was recovering after surgery and couldn't have a general full body massage. Jana understood me straight away and gently provided my body with what it needed. I quickly felt much better and the improvements were visible even on my face, although I didn't have facial treatment. It's all down to special techniques and pressure points. We loved every minute of our stay. The hotel team were so attentive and professional. Thanks a million. We look forward to our return visit.

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.

The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
