A special memory!
We had an absolutely wonderful, overwhelmingly positive experience staying at the Milestone Hotel. Our family lived in London for many years and was transitioning to move to another country, so we stayed with the Milestone for four days while our house was being packed up. They were incredibly warm and helpful at every point, even leaving thoughtful gestures throughout our stay like mini robes, slippers and treats for our 1 and 6 year old girls. The suite we stayed in over looking the park was truly beautiful, with gorgeous windows and light streaming in every morning. Our six year old is very enthusiastic so was always talking with the concierge and doorman, and they greeted her with such kindness that by the end of the trip she felt she met some friends and hugged everyone goodbye. We enjoyed the three dining options in the hotel and were especially fond of the cosy, charming living room with the roaring fire. Truly couldn't recommend this hotel more. Such special people working there and an amazing experience from start to finish.. thank you!

Amazing, one of the best
Just stayed at the Milestone Hotel and was blown away by the service we received here. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels around the world and this is deffo up there with the best. Lovely hotel, service and friendliness from all staff couldn’t be better. Especially Precious, Steven & George. Thank you all for making it such a lovely stay.

Amazing Staycation Treat!
The experience was genuinely memorable. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and very personal. One of the highlights for me is the service. Every member of staff we interacted with was kind, attentive, and sincere. They made us feel welcomed and looked after. Small gestures, like remembering our preferences and checking in on how our day was going, really elevated the stay.

Wonderful visit.
With a convenient location, authentic London atmosphere, and wonderful service, this place is excellent in all categories. The bar and the restaurant are expensive, but we were so charmed by the service that we were pleased with our choice. We have no reservations in recommending this hotel.

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
