Perfect tea time
Lovely experience! The atmosphere felt elegant and relaxing, the tea and pastries were delicious, and Akhil and Tim were both so friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous
We had a lovely experience staying at the Milestone. We attended a concert at the Royal Albert Hall so it was very conveniently situated and made for an easy stroll there and back. We were made to feel extremely welcome. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The spa, pool and gym are beautiful and as you book the space, completely private. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Perfection at The Milestone
I can’t find enough words to describe our experience at the Milestone. It is a magnificent hotel in every way - the beauty, our room, ambience, comfort, service, food, housekeeping. Everyone was helpful, caring, warm. Alice, Dorina, Stephen, Victoria are a few names we remember, but everyone was amazing. Thank you! The Milestone will definitely be our London hotel of choice in the future.

Spectacular experience at the Milestone
We had a spectacular visit to the Milestone! We were traveling with our two sons. Everyone made us feel at ease and welcomed. Our room set up was perfect with 2 adjoining rooms offering enough space and privacy for all of us. The breakfast was unbelievable. The chef also catered to my son who has multiple food allergies. They also altered the afternoon tea menu for him which was incredibly special as he often has to miss out. We mentioned wanting to watch a World Cup game to the concierge and they set up a room for us. I would highly recommend the Milestone to anyone traveling to London especially with kids.

Extraordinary
We stayed with our three young girls for two nights and everything was perfect. The welcome and professionalism of the staff was truly extraordinary. From the GM onwards and Stephen in particular, we were made to feel like we had been there many times before. This was our first visit to this wonderful hotel but, it will most certainly not be our last. Thank you and see you soon.

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
