I wish I could give 10 stars. I've stayed in numerous hotels throughout my life and the Milestone stands out. The staff are incredible (shout out to Jorge, Steve, and the rest of the team!!). Easily the most attentive, accommodating, and genuine group of people I've come across while traveling. Jorge went out of his way to surprise me one evening after a big event I was in town for, and it truly left a memorable mark. The food is incredible, make sure you order the cheesecake it will change your life. The breakfast is the best way to start a busy day in London. The room was beautiful and cozy. Another shout out to Jana who is the resident Massage Therapist. I received a 90 minute massage and facial from her and it was the best treatment I've ever received. If you are looking for that extra dose of healing after a long haul flight combined with jetlag, book with Jana, you will not be disappointed. Lastly, the Stables Bar is such a hidden gem. Rae, Victoira, and Angelo are world class bartenders that make you feel like you're not a guest, but your family. I don't drink and I always find it challenging to find something new and non-alcoholic. They have an incredible mocktail selection (as well as alcoholic) and the food is also delicious. I feel like I could write a novel about my wonderful experience. I cannot wait until my next visit and kudos to you Milestone for cultivating a beautiful experience and trip to London!

Fantastic hotel in a great location near the tube, which used a lot. Across the street from Kensington Park which is huge. Doormen are awesome. Food was fantastic and the afternoon tea was worth the time - very English. Workout area is small but nice - it was odd you have to book a time. Bed was incredible.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Milestone. We had booked a room here for two nights at the end of our trip up to Scotland and to celebrate our engagement. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and in helping us celebrate. Everyone you encounter here from the doorman to the bar staff to the front desk is engaging and treats you like family. The hotel itself is also beautiful and cozy. The rooms are all unique and wonderful to stay in. You also cannot beat the location directly across from Hyde Park. We also highly recommend doing their afternoon tea service and grabbing a cocktail or two at their bar, The Saddle Bar. All the food and drinks were fantastic. In short, this was a magical stay for us, and we will be staying here from now on whenever we are in London.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Milestone Hotel. The location is excellent, close to trains and opposite Hyde. Lots of great shopping and restaurants right on the door step. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped with directions, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, elegantly decorated with the most comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and luxurious, with a fantastic shower that made it hard to leave in the mornings. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious food served in a truly elegant setting. It felt like such a treat to start each day in such a lovely atmosphere. The hotel itself is immaculate. I even commented to my husband that it looked like everything sparkled, it’s that clean and well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend The Milestone Hotel to anyone looking for a special, memorable stay.

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
