Christmas in London
We were in London between Christmas and New Year’s. The team at the hotel made sure everyone was taken care of and went above and beyond to make it an incredible stay!

A Christmas miracle. Well, in a way
It was truly a fairytale visit. It was my sister's 60th birthday so we went to London during Christmas as a birthday present. She always wanted to meet Santa. The team was in touch with me after booking and sent me some ideas for gifts etc. During check-in, we were surprised and humbled to get a room upgrade (a birthday present from the hotel, one must assume). Now my sister had a park view. She always claimed she was royal. We won't stop hearing about it. Well, at least until her 70th birthday. Everything that was written in this page before is still true - the sweet treats, the atmosphere, the amazing afternoon tea - all are brilliant. I'm a light sleeper so I asked to move a room and my wish was granted. A special thanks go to Romaine (I hope this is how I'm suppose to spell it) who was amazing at reception and in the afternoon tea. His smile never went away. Oh, and the doormen - yes, men. We left the hotel not knowing how many fish Steve caught on his vacation. This is quite a cliffhanger. All in all, a great visit.

They went the Full Mile!
During my recent stay at the Milestone Hotel in London with my two grandsons, we enjoyed a memorable five days and six nights. Nestled in a beautiful part of Kensington, the hotel exudes classic English charm. Our room The Buckingham Suite, was not only stunning but also meticulously maintained throughout our stay. The hotel staff were exceptional, consistently displaying warmth and professionalism. While we did encounter a few minor issues with our room, the hotel promptly addressed each one with graciousness and efficiency. I highly recommend the Milestone Hotel for its unparalleled cleanliness, attention to detail, exquisite decor, delightful English breakfast, and excellent room service. Our experience was truly wonderful!

The view from the Park Suite
The amenities, the service and the location...all top notch! My main criticism is that the view of Kensington Park from the "Park Suite" is above the couch! As in, one has to stand on the couch to look out the little window above it to see the park. The other windows on the other side of the suite look into apartments across the street. Quite disappointing at any cost.

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
