My rating for the Milestone Hotel is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SIX stars!! I had traveled the world and stayed in many 5 star hotels/resorts, and I have to say that the Milestone exceeded my expectations! The cozy, intimate reception area and charming adjacent rooms were so beautifully decorated. My room 403 was delightfully styled and well appointed; Stocked with everything I needed. Room service did an excellent job every day. The nightly treats and bottled waters were most appreciated and the tea/coffee box with kettle made me so happy!! Mostly, it was the personal touch from the lobby staff that made me feel seen, appreciated and welcomed. Specifically, Stephen the concierge went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed each day to have a seamless experience. As a solo traveler, it was reassuring to know I was cheerfully and safely sent off in the morning, and happily welcomed back each evening. The reception staff and other concierge were exceptionally helpful. Kudos on an amazing staff. The location of the hotel was perfect. Thank you for making my stay exceptional.

We always stay at the Milestone on short trips to London and the hotel and team are definitely 5 Star. The food, rooms and team are excellent every time.

Fabulous food , the best fresh sandwiches ever eaten , delicious warm scones and gorgeous selection of cakes . Paolo looked after us and ensured that the birthday celebration for my partner went very smoothly. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly we will definitely be back again.

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
