Location, location, location!
The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. We definitely got our steps in. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Incredibly clean. The balcony is very narrow and overlooks behind the property so no view. You are situated in the heart of Mayfair and a 5 min walk away from Oxford Street. The shower is great - very powerful and the bed is very comfy. The biggest drawback for us was the stairs. There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, it's not for you. However, I'm sure you could request a lower floor although there would still be 2 flights of stairs to conquer. The staff and communication was exceptional.

Location over quality!
Great location friendly staff but expensive room for the quality. Disappointing as Room was tired it looked better in the photos. Uht milk not fresh? Staff were friendly and room clean. U We were on the 5 th floor which was a long way up

Great stay in central London
Perfect stay in central London. Everything was great, the apartment was nice and clean. The stairs were not an issue and the staff was wonderful assisting during the check-in and for the entire stay. Will be back soon!

Perfect Location and Wonderful Staff 👍
I highly recommend staying at 5 Maddox Street. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back!
