Amazing location and friendly staff
We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and nearby shopping. The staff were outstanding, especially Valentina, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very well-equipped and felt like a hotel, but with the comfort of an apartment. However, a couple of things could be improved. The photos on Booking didn't fully match the apartment we received, and cleanliness could have been a bit better. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and the excellent location and exceptional staff, especially Valentina, made up for the minor issues.

Best place to stay in Mayfair
Have been staying at 5 Maddox Street on several occasions now. The location is perfect, the staff and customer service provided are exceptional. They will go the extra mile to make your stay feel like home away from home. Highly recommended!

Great modern accomodation in the heart of London
Great location, very clean and modern apartment. Easy walking to Soho, Carnaby, Bond and Oxford Streets, Piccadilly Circus etc. lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants etc within 5-15 minutes walk. Obviously great shopping nearby too.
