No. 5 Maddox Street

Perfect stay in central London. Everything was great, the apartment was nice and clean. The stairs were not an issue and the staff was wonderful assisting during the check-in and for the entire stay. Will be back soon!

I highly recommend staying at 5 Maddox Street. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back!

Ideal location, nice and clean apartment, concierge were very accommodating with letting friends get in to place balloons etc as a surprise for our birthday celebrations - only downfall was not enough English tea bags 🤣

So many things that let this place down: The wall in the lounge had black dirty marks on it, the sofa was dirty and so were the kitchen sides. The shower/bath had dirty marks on also. Wasn’t clear there would be no one to let us in, needed a passcode to get in and had to call them to find out what it was. There was no lift and on the 4th floor with 2 suitcases was a struggle! The hallways had dirty ‘put up’ beds on each floor. All in all, the general hygiene was very poor to the point we couldn’t stay there and ended up checking into another hotel around the corner. Don’t be fooled by the photos online!!!!

A lovely appartment. Quite large - I could live in a place like this. Still and fizzy water in fridge as well as a small carton of milk. Street was noisy at times but this is central london. Great staff. 24 hour concierge did not answer at 7:45 in the morning. Only downside - there was a problem with the electrics. I woke up to no lights in bedroom ir bathroom. I would stay here afain.
