We stayed at this hotel when celebrating our civil wedding and had an excellent experience. We stayed in the junior suite which was extremely spacious and clean, with ample space for us to get ready with a makeup artist and 2 photographers. There’s also a walk in wardrobe/closet and they provided a cot with mattress, pillow & duvet for our son. Given the occasion they were kind enough to allow us to take photos in the hotel and brought extra chairs and tables to our room for the makeup artist. They really made a fuss of us and couldn’t do enough to ensure we were happy during our stay. Overall really great value for money, good food, friendly staff and a great location. Special thanks to Erel, Mellika, Rebeca, Lisl, Andrew and King.

Spend a couple of nights at Aethos London Shoreditch. The hotel is stunning, with great, design-led spaces and a nice, spacious room. I can't get enough of the team, who are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Great food, great team and feeling this lifestyle experience. Will come back for sure! I'm still drooling over the mushroom club sandwich with onion relish. To die for! And Mitsu is on a different level of Japanese concept! Wish all lifestyle hotels delivered like this one.

The best sleep I have had in a long time. The room had a blackout panel that covered the window and the bed, pillows and duvet were incredible. They really need to offer their bedding for sale. Perfect location, easily walkable to great restaurants and coffee shops. Close to public transportation stops/stations. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. If I’m ever back in the area, absolutely no question where I will stay.

Clean, sexy hotel with a terrific staff. We didn't try any of their restaurants, but the area is flooded with great restaurants. Easy walk to Shoreditch shopping, too. Large, clean room with a calm vibe. If easy access to the tube is a priority, perhaps this isn't ideal. But I think its location slightly away from bustling tube stops is one of its virtues. For anyone with mobility issues, the tub/shower is exceedingly high for even a tall person like me, so you may first inquire about a more accessible room before booking.

We had such a lovely stay at Aethos London Shoreditch. The hotel is very well positioned, just outside the busy centre, making it perfect if you want somewhere calm and luxurious to come back to after a day in London. It is slightly tucked away off the main street, which we actually really appreciated. There is not loads immediately around the hotel itself, but central London is incredibly quick and easy to get to, so it worked perfectly as a base. The whole atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxed, friendly and luxurious without being pretentious. Every member of staff we interacted with was warm, welcoming, helpful and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless everywhere. The design of the building, both inside and outside, is beautiful and very thoughtfully done. The rooms are equally well designed and have everything you need. We slept incredibly well, probably one of the best sleeps we have had in a hotel for a long time. The amenities were also excellent. The gym is surprisingly well equipped for a hotel gym, the steam room was great and the in-house Japanese restaurant was very good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a touch of luxury at a reasonable price, especially if you prefer staying somewhere slightly outside the chaos and noise of the city centre, while still being only a short journey away from everything London has to offer.
