No breakfast
On Monday, 5th May (UK Bank Holiday), I checked out of the hotel at 07:15. I stayed three nights in Room 132. I was informed that breakfast would only be available from 08:00 and that light refreshments were provided in the reception area. To my surprise, these ‘refreshments’ consisted of a single dirty cup, a coffee machine with no water, and a food tray filled with water. This is clearly unacceptable for a five-star hotel in the City of London, particularly for guests departing early for the airport. There were three of us travelling, and we had to spend €100 at the airport just to have a proper breakfast.

Welcoming experience with exceptional room.
We were greeted with a really warm welcome, check in was straight forward and staff were complimentary. Our room was exceptional; beautiful balcony and outstanding bathroom. We also received a beautiful complimentary cake and note with Sake on arrival at our room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and breakfast was unusual but great to try something different. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice stay
Great stay at Nobu Hotel in Shoreditch. The staff made sure I was looked after and I can’t wait to return. Chris + Erel specifically made the stay a blast! The area is great if you want some private time to yourself, and a special mention to the restaurant as the food was fantastic. Will be back.

The perfect stay
Stayed at Nobu for the boxing and would like to make a special mention for Erel and Chris. The boys were on the level, easy to talk to, and went out of their way to help. I couldn’t find my belt for my outfit and Chris offered me his belt which I accepted before finding mine. I don’t normally write reviews but needed to mention these boys and hope the management see this and move them forward in the business. I’ll definitely be back Ian

What a wonderful experience!
My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience, the staff were ever so friendly & especially Chris! The rooms were very homey, clean & comfortable. The hotel also has a very nice gym! I will sure be coming back to the hotel when I’m in London! Thank you
