had to request transfer to a better room - first room we were assigned was small and awkward. Location of the hotel was ideal for the theater, and the concierge(s) were very good and helpful

We chose One Aldwych Hotel to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Selina from the Reservations team for kindly assisting with the birthday arrangements, and to Hannah from Guest Experience for the beautifully prepared birthday balloons. Our room on the fifth floor was extremely spacious, almost like a one-bedroom suite. We loved the lovely cream-toned interior and high-quality furnishings. The complimentary minibar, fresh flowers arranged by a florist, and thoughtful amenities were all delightful. The pool, while small, is impressive given the central location. Overall, heartfelt thanks to the Reservations, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping teams—we would happily return.

This our “home” when we’re in London. We’ve been coming here for over twenty years. The hotel is close to the Opera and theatres as well as very many good restaurants. The service everywhere is impeccable. We especially enjoy pre- and post-dinner drinks in the bar. Always perfect!

It was a lovely stay we enjoyed the location surrounding to Covent Garden, restaurants are fab! We were well taken care by the staff Thank you very much.
