One Aldwych

This was our fifth time back at One Aldwych and as always it didn't disappoint. Friendly & professional service, beautiful seasonal decor and their Cocktails are second to none. We were well looked after and made to feel special as returning customers who were celebrating a Wedding Anniversary. We will be back again in 2026!

This was our second time at One Aldwych, and it was wonderful again. The location is superb, the rooms excellent and the service levels are high. The holiday season decorations were spectacular, especially in the lobby bar. This remains one of our favourite lobby bars, and we like that they added entertainment this year. The Gallery cocktails are creative and delicious and the service is welcoming from everyone, but especially from Lydienne for the second year in a row.

One Aldwych is a go-to spot for me when I'm in London. An easy walk into the City for work, or Soho for dinner, it's a great location. Service is always excellent at the front desk and in the restaurant, and there are plenty of spots to lounge and have a quiet conversation or a coffee. Bed is comfortable and desk has good lighting!

This was honestly the best hotel stay I've ever had main due to the staff. The building itself is impressive with amazing finishes and details everywhere however it was all of the little things that made our stay outstanding. The staff took a genuine interest in us and what we were doing on our trip. Being told about the history of the building and the art collection on check in was very interesting. We were lucky enough to have a hand written card and some chocolates delivered to the room whilst we were out in the afternoon which I thought was a nice touch. Bottles of filtered water, a glass and slippers were set up next to the bed every evening ready for bed. The Christmas decorations around the lobby bar were lovely and a lovely tribute to 250 years since the birth of Jane Austen. I would defiantly stay here again and would like to say a massive thank you to all of the staff who made our stay extra special.

From our arrival to departure, One Aldwych was a place to remember. The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive, the room very well appointed, and the entire hotel was pristine and inviting. The turn down service at night was a treat, the bar inviting and the flower decorations always a treat. We couldn't have felt more "at home", would recommend this as our best hotel stay ever and only wish we could be back there sooner.
