Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable, amazing staff
Firstly I would like to say how fantastic all the staff were that we encountered during our stay - they were brilliant. Beautiful hotel in a great location, spotless and comfortable room and lovely food from the bar. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic 5th Stay at One Aldwych
This was our fifth time back at One Aldwych and as always it didn't disappoint. Friendly & professional service, beautiful seasonal decor and their Cocktails are second to none. We were well looked after and made to feel special as returning customers who were celebrating a Wedding Anniversary. We will be back again in 2026!

Ideal hotel experience near Covent Garden
This was our second time at One Aldwych, and it was wonderful again. The location is superb, the rooms excellent and the service levels are high. The holiday season decorations were spectacular, especially in the lobby bar. This remains one of our favourite lobby bars, and we like that they added entertainment this year. The Gallery cocktails are creative and delicious and the service is welcoming from everyone, but especially from Lydienne for the second year in a row.

Always a lovely stay at One Aldwych
One Aldwych is a go-to spot for me when I'm in London. An easy walk into the City for work, or Soho for dinner, it's a great location. Service is always excellent at the front desk and in the restaurant, and there are plenty of spots to lounge and have a quiet conversation or a coffee. Bed is comfortable and desk has good lighting!
