One Aldwych

The hotel is amazing. The ADA room was excellent with plenty of space to move around in a wheelchair. We were on the 2nd floor but the noise from the street below was minimal. We were there during one of the hot spells and the air-conditioning was fantastic. It is so quiet you never heard it kick on or of, just the whir of the fan. Kept us very comfortable the whole trip. Service was fantastic, our room was always cleaned and turned down based on our schedule, not theirs. Great stay, would highly recommend OneAldwych!

We had a truly remarkable stay at One Aldwych — an exceptional “great find” in the heart of London. The location is perfect, with wonderful theaters and fine dining restaurants just steps away. What made our stay particularly memorable, however, was the EXCEPTIONAL staff and outstanding level of service. A very special thank you to Elenor at the front desk and Reception Manager Gregorio, who could not have been more welcoming, gracious, and helpful. We were also extremely impressed by the assistance provided by David Paine, Head of Security. Thank you, Elenor, Gregorio, and David, for making our stay so special! Based on our experience, we can wholeheartedly recommend One Aldwych. If you are looking for a beautifully located London hotel with genuinely exceptional service, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect location but inside the hotel is quiet. Bridgeview studio room was nicely renovated and decorated- functional, contemporary and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable so had good sleep every night. Bathroom was nice size with good amenities. Clean and quiet hotel. I love how it is very close to a pret a manger, MS food and Starbucks so there are down to earth options if you don’t want to eat at hotel or just to grab a snack. Pool was very nice. Didn’t have time to use the gym though. Service was professional and friendly. It is pricey but I feel the quality justifies the price. I had such a fabulous and comfortable stay here. Will come again.

What an amazing experience! Its honestly hard to write this review, because I would have to list every single thing, if I were to mention all that was incredible. The staff, the location, the extra attention to details - It was all incredible. When we visit London again, we will most certainly be staying at One Aldwych, again
