One Aldwych

What an amazing experience! Its honestly hard to write this review, because I would have to list every single thing, if I were to mention all that was incredible. The staff, the location, the extra attention to details - It was all incredible. When we visit London again, we will most certainly be staying at One Aldwych, again

Although the standard rooms were a bit small, they were clean and new. The pool depth and temperature weren't very suitable for families with young children. Breakfast was limited but consisted of quality items. The hotel's location was excellent. Room cleaning and room service were superb.

One Aldwych always delights. The amazing team always take such great care of us and never miss a beat. Thank you for a wonderful and super fabulous stay

All the staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. I needed help with a couple of things while at the hotel and the staff bent over backwards to help. Nothing was a problem. Their customer service was fabulous. It made our stay all that more special. The location was perfect, rooms were very well equipped, clean and plush. I was surprised how quiet the room was, considering we were on the 2nd floor facing the main road! The amenities were fantastic with access to the gym, pool and spa. Out of 10, our stay was a 12!

We chose One Aldwych based on location and after staying there, we’ll choose One Aldwych based on location, service, guest rooms, food, drinks, and anything else a hotel has to offer. Hands down, our new favorite place to stay in London. From a very warm greeting curbside when we arrived to a very warm farewell, One Aldwych’s team really shone. Room was great—and very quiet, especially given the location. Couldn’t have been a nicer stay for us.
