Park Hyatt London River Thames

Excellent hotel, met my expectations even more than I expected. Highly recommended. Location is ideal to reach out to everywhere. Staff is always willing to help.

A new hotel opened in late 2024. Super modern hotel with all modern fittings and decor. Everything feels new. Luxury level extremely high as expected from Park Hyatt. Hotel is in a quite part in Nine elms street . Ms Sara in front desk very efficient and helpful . Checked in us very quickly and explained the hotel . Our room was a park suite with a seperate living and bedroom and a big bathroom and luggage storage space. The room had river thames view. Housekeeping is to perfection. There are lot of amenities provided in the room and bathroom. Hotel has a pool and spa . Breakfast is reasonably priced and offers a medium spread with hot items and drinks served on the table. Hotel has a very big and fashionalble bar apart from the restaurant where they serve breakfast .Concierge service is quick . The hotel has a very efficient and helpful reservations department. Services of Ms Song in reservations department is praiseworthy. Overall a very comfortable stay . Very value for money also I must say for the high luxury level of the property. Will definately try stay again.

We had an excellent and comfortable stay at Park Hyatt River Thames - would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, everything was neat, sparkling clean and welcoming (naturally, there was not a speck of dust in the room either). We were fortunate to get a room on the higher floors, which had an amazing panoramic view over the river. The room layout was excellent - the walk-in closet area connected to the spacious bathroom, and the mini bar area was tucked in the corner of the bedroom, which made everything very convenient. The decor was also sleek, elegant and pleasing to the eyes. It felt a little more like an upscale apartment than a hotel room, which we loved as it gave a touch of warmth and coziness. There was good soundproofing in the rooms as well. The staff and their service were also very friendly and efficient - from the staff in the restaurants to the housekeeping and room service personnel. They kept our room squeaky clean, and actioned all of our requests so swiftly and professionally - the speed was way quicker than anything else we'd experienced in other London hotels, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious too, but we would also highly recommend trying out the two restaurants in the hotel (Yu Ge and Nine Elms Kitchen) - they were both excellent. Although the location is perhaps slightly out of the way in terms of distance to the main sightseeing spots, it also meant we were away from the crowds and we enjoyed the calmness of the area. For those who prefer a quieter environment like us, it was perfect. Overall, it was an excellent and relaxing stay for us. We would definitely return to this hotel if we are visiting London again in the future.
