Park Hyatt London River Thames

Had an excellent stay at Park Hyatt. Service, location, amenities, room are top notch. Uber boat is steps away so are public transportation. Great views of Thames and London.

We have stayed here several times before and have generally loved the quiet location and great service. It seems like they're taking a step backwards. From lukewarm water in both rooms to surprise charges after check out I can no longer recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and checked in very easily and quickly. The staff was very welcoming to my 18 month old son each morning and evening.

I wanted to drop you a short note to thank the team for memorable stay at the Park Hyatt London. The property remains the top-notch sanctuary that we remember from our stay a year ago and there have been enhancements, for e.g. the much smoother breakfast experience. All of your associates have been great - special shout-out to the doormen who are your sentinels guiding guests as we enter and leave the property (they have been incredibly helpful getting us transportation and assisting with luggage - always at the ready!); the breakfast room hosts and hostesses who ensure nobody stays hungry for too long; and the reception colleagues who are on standby to help with anything and everything and always with smiles and warmth. We can't wait to be back!

Where do I even begin? The service from start to finish was strictly 5-star plus level. Every single staff member was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The Service & Dining Attentive Staff: Room service was prompt and extremely thoughtful throughout my stay. Outstanding Breakfast: The breakfast selection was excellent with a huge variety, plus the option to choose a delicious dish directly from the a la carte menu. The breakfast waiters were all wonderfully polite and attentive. Room & Views I stayed in a room on the 17th floor with a breathtaking river view. Express Elevators: Two dedicated elevators go straight to the 17th and 18th floors, which meant we literally never had to wait for a lift. The view from up there was just unbeatable! A Tiny Remark: The bedside alarm clock ticks quite loudly! 😂 You might want to take the battery out at night, otherwise, you'll be hearing that tick-tock all night long. Location & Transport The location is fantastic. You have two Underground lines, a National Rail station, and a major bus hub just a short walk away, making it super easy to get anywhere in London. Final Verdict The Park Hyatt London River Thames is a genuine 5-star plus hotel with absolute perfection in service and a wonderful team. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
