Exceptional hotel- one of the best I have stayed at in London. Beautiful rooms, excellent service and a gorgeous swimming pool/ gym.

Not worth the money even though clean and new

It was clean and new but not special. The location was also subpar as was the service. I think I could get a room of a similar size and caliber in central london at a similar price.

London- Battersea, a great find!

The Hyatt was a wonderful experience for this business conference; there were many options for private meetings, lunches and coffee, and the front desk and concierge team were outstanding at helping us find our way and help with restaurant recommendations in the Battersea area.

Had a great three-day stay here mid week. Excellent service, clean room, and very good Asian restaurant.

Beautiful But careful of location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Beautiful Park Hyatt — But Choose the Location Carefully This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel. The architecture is exquisite—modern, contemporary, steel and glass—and the entire property exudes the elegance, glamour and professionalism you expect from a Park Hyatt. The rooms are extraordinary, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The staff were wonderful throughout my stay. As a hotel, this is absolutely a true Park Hyatt experience. So why four stars instead of five? Location. If you are in London primarily for business in this part of the city, this could be an excellent choice. The hotel sits along the Thames and has a sophisticated, professional atmosphere. However, if you’re visiting London for sightseeing, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, or a combination of business and pleasure, I would choose another location. There simply isn’t much within an easy walk of the hotel, and the significant construction in the surrounding area makes getting around even more frustrating. Nearly every time I wanted to go to a restaurant, landmark or entertainment area, I needed an Uber or taxi, generally costing me £25–£35 each way. The cost wasn’t really the issue—it was the inconvenience and the fact that I hadn’t appreciated just how isolated the hotel would feel from the London I wanted to experience. I would happily give the hotel itself five stars. The rooms, staff, design and overall quality deserve it. But for a leisure traveler, the location brings my overall rating down to four stars. Wonderful Park Hyatt. Just make sure it’s in the part of London where you actually want to be.
