The overall impression was good as we love to stay in Hyatt Hotels around the world. But there was one unpleasant detail that significantly lowered the standard of such a wonderful place. The pool clean blonde lady was not very polite and even rude in her tone and actions. The cleaner took away the hair dryer before 9:00 PM, and we didn't even have a chance to dry our hair, even though we had a few minutes left before closing. This attitude significantly lowers the quality of service at the hotel an The overall impression was good. We had a fantastic stay at the Park Hyatt. The service here is truly world-class; they greeted our 2 and 4-year-olds with adorable stuffed frogs, which was a lovely personal touch. When our youngest accidentally left his frog on a bus, the concierge went above and beyond to contact the bus company and retrieve it by the following day. They even included a charming note detailing the frog’s "adventure through London"—a gesture our son absolutely loved. The location is surprisingly perfect for families, offering easy access to Battersea and Chelsea. We spent plenty of time at Gambado and the National Army Museum, both of which are excellent for kids. As loyal fans of the Raffles London, we have high standards, but this Park Hyatt is definitely on that same elite level. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Used Hyatt points to book a room at the Park Hyatt River Thames for our last 2 days of around-the-world trip. We looked forward to this as we had lived nearby in St. George Wharf for 6 years during my career. How disappointed we were when we given a small corner room on the lowest floor overlooking roof gravel, next to the elevators. If someone spoke by the elevators it sounded like they were in the room. It was so small it had only one small “hobbit-sized” chair, only 3 feet from foot of bed to wall, and if the closet door was open, you could not get by the bed. The room was clean and had nice amenities such as bathtub and shower, fancy toilet; but to us it was like putting “lipstick on a pig.” We felt like we were being punished for using points. Sorry Hyatt, not up to “Park” standards at all. It also has significant construction in the area. If you are visiting London, I recommend a more downtown hotel; this one is aimed at US Embassy business.

A truly excellent hotel. Very modern yet stylish and spacious. It has an unusually large indoor pool. It’s also very conveniently located for public transport including the river boats. The staff were very helpful too, taking time to show us around when we arrived for example.

The Park Hyatt River Thames is as luxurious and beautiful as you would expect. Firstly, the views of London in your room are spectacular. Secondly, the staff are amazing. They are friendly and helpful, no bougie energy at all. Every detail is impeccable.
