The first day of my vist after i did check-in with a guy at the reception, he was very gentle and helpful, was asking if I want to be a part of a program for sustainability i said yes. He was telling me that i needed a reservation as the pool is small in the hotel and to do that he told me that i should scan the QR. If i am late, the reservation will be cancelled and i would not be able to use the Swimming pool. After i enter the room the room was full of dust. I told the reception to clean my room again and the served when i was at the dinner at Chino Latino. Konsantinos and Paris was very gentle, very heplful, very smiley and even made a personal touch by asking me one of the football clubs in my country if i am the fan of them. I would definitely recommend the restaurant at dinner, but the breakfast options for gluten-free should be variable and not only a toast and scramble egg on top if it. The first day it took even 30 min. to deliver and fortunately i did not had ang plans. Although i mentioned that i have gluten-free allergy on mail before i came, i had to mention it each day to most of the servers. The programme for sustainability is something i am supporting, but it should not lead to no housekeeping service till the departure. Especially when you are staying 6 nights. They were not even calling me for checking if i am ok in the room or not, although the DND sign was on for six whole days. The swimming pool when i had the reservation was full of children, the time before mine, and i specifically asked the lady in the Spa to take the people out of the pool as mine was started and no place even for the sunbeds to throw my towels. After she told me that she could not assist me more because she could not tell them to go out even though their reservation was out of time, i went to my room without using the amenity which i have paid for. The coffee machine in the room was working, but each time i had to order coffee capsules as the housekeeping probably were thinking that i dont need any service from them. After three days i had to go to Tesco Shop in order to take some coffee capsules from there as i had never a good service. I can recommend that place only for the view and the location, dinner resraurant but nothing else. If you are going to stay more than 3 nights be aware that the Executive Room with view can be a lot of dust, or do not take the sustainability program as you will be all on yourself to survive. At the check out time the guy at the reception asked me if my stay was good, as i had plans to do and was asking me late, on departure, i told him that i will write a feedback of my stay and if he is so curious he may read later on. But i was shocked that no guest relations was present at the hotel and no one even contacted me in these whole six days staying. You really need to put yourself in the guest's shoes, and think about what they might need during their stay. Finally, the security guys and the bell team people were very nice. Thanks for them, even though i did not had any service from them they were smiling all the times and were giving me the idea that they might assist me in all the ways they could. Thanks for reading, Sincerely,

OK hotel. Rooms are a bit tired. They need to be updated. Not a fan of the electronic keypad that controls the lights, curtains & thermostat. If you’re going to go through the trouble of changing everything to use the keypad why not add some USB ports. Mattresses were very firm. OK if you like that. We were offered wine or £10 credit at the restaurant for three days of no housekeeping service. Supposedly to help the environment. Unfortunately, during those three days, it would be much appreciated if they just come in empty the trash & check the incidentals. When housekeeping did service the room, I had to contact them to come back & vacuum the carpeting. The front desk & front of house staff were excellent. Very helpful & always courteous. Jadelle checked us in & was very pleasant. Restaurant has a limited menu. Personally I was not a fan.

Staff is wonderful. They are helpful with every question you have. In the restaurant, staff is very attentive. Suretta at breakfast is so kind and helpful.

Park Plaza London Riverbank is a lovely place to stay, not merely for the amenities- sauna, steam, pool, spacious gym, but mostly for the incredible service that you receive. From constant kindness to an abundance of care, I've enjoyed my time here in London thanks to being treated so well. I want to particularly mention Christabelle for her generosity when I was having a frustrating trip from having my luggage lost and attending a demanding conference. She was so gracious and really made me feel looked after, turning my attitude towards gratitude. Many thanks to all the staff, but especially Christabelle, who made my trip memorable... for all the right reasons!

The concierge and luggage porter were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, and Bashar went above and beyond to assist us. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a stay truly memorable—thank you!
