Really great staff, fabulous spacious comfortable room
What a great hotel. Staff on reception were really friendly, particularly jadelle who checked us in. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was lots of fun. We chose to upgrade to a room which was very comfortable and spacious. Lots of choice breakfast. Great views to Saint Paul’s. My five-year-old enjoyed the swimming pool very much. She also enjoyed all the attention to staff gave her which was lovely.

Excellent hotel in a great location
Overall I had a great stay. Reception and hotel staff were highly professional and welcoming. Breakfast service was a bit disappointing due to poor table service
