Park Plaza London Riverbank

Silfa helped me to check in early. She was very helpful. The early check in made my arrival day so much better. I waited in the very comfortable chairs in the lounge area while she communicated with her team on the room availability. Then she came over with my room key, and gave me the good news that I could check in early.

I have stayed a few times now at riverbank and the staff and service are the reason i keep coming back! Everyone is so friendly and courteous. The hotel is presented beautifully with comfortable beds. the guest relations manager Erica is always smiley and no ask is too big a favour for her! I feel truly recognised!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Natalie, the hotel concierge. From the moment I approached her with some issues regarding my room, she was incredibly cheerful, welcoming, and eager to help. Her positive attitude immediately put me at ease, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Natalie listened carefully to my concerns, responded with complete professionalism, and quickly took action to resolve everything. She handled the situation efficiently and made sure I was kept informed throughout the process. Thanks to her efforts, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a true example of exceptional service.

From arriving at the hotel to checking out was treated like royalty, a big thank you to the team. The rooms, breakfast, staff was amazing. Great location to the attractions and amazing views of the Thames. Stayed several times and would highly recommend
