The spa was great. Nice and hot sauna and steam room, and very helpful and friendly staff: Kalil and Prathana.

As a premium member, I felt truly valued and recognised from the moment we arrived at Park Plaza London Riverbank. The team really does go the extra mile to make premium guests feel special, and no request was ever too much. A special mention goes to Anusha, who looked after us brilliantly and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. In my experience, this hotel stands out as best-in-class at its price point. They clearly prioritise and appreciate their premium members in a way that adds an extra touch of class compared to programmes like Hilton Honors or IHG Platinum. The thoughtful details really make you feel that bit more special – it’s one of the reasons this has quickly become my new go-to hotel in London. The overall experience was genuinely excellent. The facilities were a highlight. The swimming pool area is clean and well-maintained – just note that it’s not the largest, so it’s worth getting there early to secure a slot (advance booking required). The gym is perfectly adequate with a good range of machines. The lounge is fantastic, offering a wide selection of unlimited drinks of really good quality, plus stunning views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the train tracks and on a higher floor for maximum quiet. The family-friendly touches were also superb – they made the kids feel special right from check-in. There’s a lovely kids’ play area with plenty of gaming and fun activities. Liza in the gaming section was outstanding: energetic, fun, and fantastic with the children. Overall, this was a really, really good stay. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Park Plaza, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Khaldoon. From the moment we arrived, his attention to detail and commitment to top-class service were clear. Nothing was too much trouble, and every aspect of our stay felt thoughtfully considered. The rooms were absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The facilities were equally impressive, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Khaldoon’s professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out and made our visit extra special. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

Another fabulous trip to the Park Plaza Riverbank. What a great hotel. Just visited the kids fun area organised by Nikki and Liza for Easter, which was brilliant. Great variety of games for children of all ages. Kids were greeted with gift bags and made to feel really welcome. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough with wonderful Eleheh and Leit in the Executive lounge and Khaldoon who looks after us so well every time. Thank you!!

From start to finish the whole booking process and the stay were great. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made lasting memories with my daughter before she leaves home.
