Magical Birthday and Anniversary Stay at the Peninsula I have had the great fortune to stay at many amazing hotels around the world for both work and leisure. However, the Peninsula in London in my opinion continues to set the global standard for excellence and I can't thank them enough for an amazing recent visit by my wife and I. We chose the Pen to celebrate our 40th (where does the time go?) wedding anniversary and a milestone birthday (29+) for my lovely wife. The outstanding service and true professionalism we received during our 5 days stay exceeded all of our expectations. Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. While the hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and wonderfully comfortable, what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service and professionalism of the team of professionals who serve there. From the moment we were met by Marius at the airport to when we left, every single employee we encountered was warm, polished, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for without anything ever feeling forced or overly formal. The team struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, anticipating our needs with grace and efficiency. The attention to detail is incredible. Whether at reception, in the restaurants, housekeeping, concierge, room service or simply passing through the hotel, the staff consistently made us both feel valued. Requests were handled promptly and thoughtfully, and every interaction reflected the highest standards of hospitality. The Peninsula London is clearly a world-class hotel, but its greatest strength is the people who work there. Their courtesy, discretion, and dedication elevated the entire celebration experience. We left feeling thoroughly impressed and very grateful for such a wonderful stay. I would like to mention just a couple of them who stood out and know that I could put 20 more on the list. Saravanan, the Executive Chef made a special point of meeting us several times to ensure our stay was perfect. It was. Maria, Isaac, and many others were also very kind and again, I could add many more to this list. I would highly recommend The Peninsula London to anyone looking for refined luxury, impeccable service, and a hotel team that truly understands what exceptional hospitality means. I would also highly recommend the Peninsula for any special occasion like ours; you will be amazed at the amenities that keep showing up everyday including champagne, cakes, candy and more.

This was a celebratory stay for my 65th birthday and it was an exceptional hired experience. Everything in the hotel is first class, which you would expect from a Peninsula. But what was surprising was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every person greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. The room, a standard room upgraded to one with a better view, was very large by London standards with a massive luxurious bathroom and a separate dressing room. The living area with a sofa was most welcome. An additional comfy chair would have been great. Very friendly check in and we were delightfully escorted to our room by Angel. Concierge team were exceptional. Excellent recommendations and able to get us hard to find reservations at hot restaurants like Martinios Room service was superb with an amazing included breakfast. Canton Blue was fabulous. Brooklands was an experience but once was fine. Lobby restaurant had a number of misfires and could use a menu revamp. A real treat is access to the hotel cars They are beautiful and so convenient. But by the weekend there could be hard to get. Location of the hotel is perfect. Highly recommend.

Our stay lived up to our expectations. The only hick-up was that we did not get our guaranteed twin bedded room but the way management dealt with this was excellent. As we travel a lot and because I'm setting up Peek Travels with a focus on London to start we are exploring all the real 5 star properties to set up possible collaborations and to see which ones make our ultimate luxury list. We try to give honest and accurate reviews without being over excited and with a critical eye on things. This one will make it. Really good lay out of the rooms, service in all departments is of the highest level. Room service excellent as well, in regards to this we need to mention the lovely Anna from Greece. These kind of people give you smiles all over! Had dinner at Brooklands where the seating was as beautiful as it can get but we where underwhelmed with the food.

This is our second stay in Peninsula .staying in Peninsula will never disappoint you .very nice hotel and beautiful atmosphere.The rooms are big with separate dressing room and huge bathroom .The location is superb and breakfast room is well decorated .I would like to thank Mohammed Rauf , Isaac , Lara and Felix for making our stay memorable
