Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel

I booked this hotel for a weekend away to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and as our first stay here, it certainly did not disappoint. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Covent Garden and Leicester Square, making it perfect for exploring the area. I had mentioned our special occasion in advance, and the hotel truly went above and beyond. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and later a member of staff brought a bottle of fizz to our room, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, with a nice front-facing view and a great bed. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of high-quality options. What really made the stay stand out, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Gil, George, Nicola, and Edward for making our visit extra special. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

This small, big hotel in the middle of Covent Garden in London is a true pearl. Not only can it boast of an overall friendly, varm atmosphere, but the service provided from the entire staff makes a stay extremely relaxing and comfortable. The adjoining restaurant serves a class A breakfast, wit a wide range of specialities and freshly cooked eggs to your taste. And if challenging situations in finding your way and exploring the many possibilities in the buzzing metropolis should appear, you can rely 100% on an outstanding concierge assistance, which is as excellent as any of the busy (and expensive) 6 star accomodations you can find. We are looking so much forward to come back.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu Mercer Street for a work event and decided to bring my wife and daughter along for her very first trip to London. While the hotel offers everything you would expect from a premier London establishment—prime location, spotless and comfortable rooms, and a generally pleasant atmosphere—it is the staff that truly sets this place apart. The hospitality began the moment we walked through the door with a warm welcome and a genuine handshake. What really touched us was how the team interacted with our daughter; they went out of their way to make her feel welcome, which made her first big city adventure so much more memorable. A special mention must also go to the breakfast crew. They were exceptionally attentive and provided a level of service that is hard to find. We can't thank the entire team enough for turning a work-related stay into a very special family memory. We will definitely be back! We stayed there for a long weekend, walked everywhere very convenient location and could even do bag dropping during the day and was very comfy if you like shopping :) The staff was helpful and very kind, the breakfast was great incl. specific orders like french toast, omlette etc. It was a great experience and "gorusuruz" :)
