Outstanding in every area
I stayed with a friend celebrating her 60th birthday. From the moment we approached the steps the staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay so memorable. Special mention must go to Ginevra at reception who was so welcoming and friendly and also to Rob one of the hall porters who walked us to the restaurant (not in the hotel) that evening. Really over and above what I have ever experienced. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a fabulous suite which left us truly speechless. Everything was immaculate and luxurious. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world and not sure why I have never stayed here before. In future whenever I stay in London this will be my hotel of choice. I encourage anyone to try it. The hotel itself is stunning but in my opinion the service sets it apart from all other hotels I have stayed in. Thank you to all at The Ritz for making this celebration one we will never forget.

Bring your savings and a camera
Visited back in 2022 for a simple drink. Expensive as you can imagine but a truly great experience to see it all and to drink somewhere so luxurious.

Lovely stay as always
This was the third time to stay. It’s been always great. Live at the Ritz - highly recommended Afternoon tea - delightful Rivoli bar - lovely place for a drink before or after dinner Especially, I’d like to thank Thomas at Front desk. He was very attentive, kind and professional. He made our trip especially wonderful. Thank you Thomas and Ritz for making our trips wonderful as always.

This hotel sets the bar for customer service. Flawless. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff made my stay perfect.

Puttin’ On The Ritz
What a beautiful and luxurious hotel with an afternoon tea time like no other! The quality was A+ along with the service and quantity. Live classical music playing in the background with seamless service executed around us really made for a memorable evening.
