Luxurious is in their DNA. The staff is welcoming you by name every time you enter the hotel again. Wonderful rooms and the breakfast is one of the best I ever had.

Afternoon tea of dreams! We had cocktails before we were seated, delicious but very expensive for a small drink. The afternoon tea was so yummy! Delicious sandwiches which were refreshed, tea, scones, the cakes. Everything was great! I even got a small complementary birthday cake. Great service and staff

We visited for lunch recently to celebrate a birthday and had a fabulous experience. The service staff were very engaging, the food and ambience first class. There second Michelin star awarded this year is well deserved. Lunch was a relaxed affair and guests had the table for as long as they wanted none of the pressure to be in and out in 2 hrs that seems to have crept in in many restaurants. First class experience.

Now let me tell ya somethin’ — when Michael Lindhagen touches down in London, he ain’t stayin’ just anywhere. I go where there’s class, where there’s history, where the staff don’t flinch when a man walks in with polished shoes, a sharp suit, and a wallet that don’t close. That place? The Ritz. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like royalty. No joke. The lobby? Gold trim, crystal chandeliers, marble floors — breathtaking. It don’t matter how tough you are, you walk in there and suddenly you’re sittin’ up straighter. You talk a little smoother. You remember your manners. The service? Top of the top. The doormen knew my name before I even said it. The bellhop handled my luggage like it was Fabergé eggs. And room service? Impeccable. I ordered a late-night whiskey and a steak so tender it could’ve sung opera. Now let’s talk about afternoon tea. Yeah, I did it. Sat there in a tailored jacket with Gionna lookin’ like a million bucks, sippin’ Earl Grey like I was born into old money. I ain’t even mad. A man’s allowed to indulge once in a while.
