British Airways cancelled our flight home just hours before our departure and we had to scramble to find a hotel room for one night as the hotel we were in was full. We booked Roseate House since it was well reviewed & conveniently located (close to Paddington Station, Marble Arch & our favorite Indian restaurant in London). While not opulent, it's tastefully appointed and presents as a classy boutique hotel. The front desk was very courteous, professional & welcoming. We met the manager Khayam Hassan. He was extremely gracious and kind going so far as to personally escort me to the bar/lounge and order me a pot of chai to enjoy while my room was being readied. He instructed the bartender to take care of me . He stopped by in the midst of his busy day to ensure that I was still comfortable. He was nice enough to upgrade my room to a suite even though I was only there for a night. The room as such was cosy and comfortable decorated in classic English fashion. It had coffee (Nespresso), tea, fresh fruit & cookies. There was a nice balcony overlooking a quintessential London Lancaster Gate neighborhood. The canopy bed was huge and comfortable. After a great night's sleep, we departed the next day. Regrettably, Khayam was not on duty then & we couldn't thank him for his hospitality. We look forward to our next visit to London & second stay at Roseate House.

Nice welcoming, we got a complimentary drink at our arrival and a room upgrade. The restaurant was really good. Comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Piyush was particularly kind and always attentive. Oksana at the restaurant was also collaborative. Nice experience.

Exceptional value for London!

The Roseate Hotel was beyond expectations. Incredibly high level of service and lovely large, clean rooms. Great location where you are minutes from Paddington and Hyde Park but not on a main road. Would definitely return if in London again!

Great restaurant in central London

We recently had an incredible stay at Roseate House London. The experience was exceptional, largely due to the incredibly courteous staff. A special shout out to the chef, the housekeeping team, and Daria at the front desk, who all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Be sure to ask for Lesya at the restaurant for her amazing food recommendations and outstanding service—she truly is the best. The location is fantastic, right next to Hyde Park, offering a perfect spot for leisurely walks. The nearby train stations made exploring the rest of London very convenient. Overall, Roseate House London is highly recommended for its prime location and outstanding service.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
