Couldn't really fault my stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean, and having Penhaligon's toiletries was a really nice touch. The full English breakfast was really nice. You could tell the quality of the ingredients, and nothing was greasy or overcooked. The only slight negative I have is the creaky floorboards from the room above. I know it's a very old building, and it's probably more to do with the guests above getting in late, but they did wake me up walking around late at night.

Was there for an excellent afternoon tea at the restaurant here. Needless to say their service was top notch. Staff were very polite and acted with the utmost professionalism. The team and manager, Mr.Buddhika are one of the best at doing what they do and were a delight to talk to. 100% would recommend. Hoping to be there soon on our next time in Paddington.

The location of the hotel is very good with its proximity to Paddington station. The room was nice and clean but the service is why I’d come back. First class in every way. Shee took care of me both at check in and departure and gave advise and tips in between. Excellent!

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
