Irisha, Jonatan, Samandar, and Buddika were all extremely nice and helpful. My wife was feeling ill and they gave me local information, and offered to drive her to the hospital. Her circumstances were not that serious, but the way they offered to do anything to make her feel better was greatly appreciated. I am definitely staying here again. Thanks guys!

Me and my friend had a long overnight flight and came to Roseate House early in the morning. Svitlana brought welcome drink and it tasted fabulous. We understand that it is definitely too early to get our room. Out of expectation, Svitlana is super helpful and warmhearted, and she got us a courtesy room to take a shower, which really gave us refreshment and great mood to start the holiday trip. When we were back in the evening, the luggages were already sent to the room. The suite is perfect - clean, spacious, and well-decorated. Will definitely come back to stay here for the next trip. Thanks Svitlana and the whole team for the hospitality and great service.

This is my second stay at Roseate House London. The reception staff are welcoming and efficient. The rooms are cosy, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and linen is fresh and luxurious. I loved the atmosphere in reception with the beautiful music, authentically English decor and the always friendly reception staff. Thank you again Jonatan, Irisha and everybody in reception. Roseate House is very conveniently situated only a 5 minute walk from Paddington station making the trip in from Heathrow so easy especially using Heathrow Express. As well as being close to the Paddington tube station {District and Circle lines, Elizabeth Line and Bakerloo lines}, the Lancaster Gate tube station is a 5 minute walk in the other direction giving access to the Central line. Roseate House is so conveniently located to everything. I am already looking forward to my next stay at Roseate House London.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
