We are vacationing with our family at this hotel. I can say that the level of this hotel in Paris cannot be compared to London, as there is a complete lack of service and quality. We arrived and checked in in the morning, but our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive at the hotel on July 20th, but on July 21st at 04:30 in the morning. We were given a room, went to sleep, and woke up to the terrible smell of cigarettes in our room. We didn't understand what was going on, so we called the reception, and a lady there told us that they could clean our room. Are you serious? So I'm tired and I arrive at the hotel in the morning to rest, but my sleep is interrupted because someone has smoked somewhere, and the smell is coming into my room. They tell me that they can clean my room. It's outrageous. But we get up and go to breakfast, and that's a whole other story. Everyone is clattering their plates and cutlery, there's a lot of noise, and there are no vegetables or herbs in the buffet. It's a very modest breakfast, and I'm horrified. Rosewood, what's going on? Where is the service, the comfort, and the excellent service we received in Paris? Why did London disappoint us and ruin our vacation? I do not recommend anyone to come here, as there are more suitable hotels available.

Our stay at the Rosewood London was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to Europe. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, gracious, and consistently attentive. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and it was clear that delivering an exceptional guest experience is a top priority. The hotel itself is stunning—elegant, luxurious, and impeccably maintained, with beautiful interiors that strike the perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort. Our room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully appointed, making it the perfect place to unwind after long days exploring London. The location was also ideal, allowing us to easily reach many of the city’s major attractions while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What stood out most was the attention to detail, especially from the housekeeping team. Every interaction reflected the high standard of hospitality that Rosewood is known for. My favorite space in the hotel was the bar—beautifully designed, sophisticated, and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We travel often and have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Rosewood London absolutely lived up to its reputation. It set the tone for what became an incredible European vacation. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury experience in London.

Rosewood London is a gorgeous property right in the heart of the city. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of every day London, this hotel is a serene, luxurious, welcoming and peaceful place to return to after all of exploring of the city each day. The rooms were amazingly comfortable with all the small touches you would expect with a Rosewood. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well as had multiple great meals at the restaurants on property as well. I love a hotel where you can find refuge when you return to it each evening and the Rosewood London did not disappoint.

We have stayed at the Rosewood Hotel near Holborn at least a dozen times over the past few years. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite two months ago with our son. On this trip the service just fell apart. It is hard to stomach paying GBP 1,100 per night for 300sf of space, but we didn’t get turn down service both nights, and the first night the bell stand suggested we get a taxicab on our own instead of providing us assistance. Not easy with the World Cup taking up alot of attention in London.
