Such a fabulous hotel with exquisite service. We loved our room, so well appointed. Satish was fabulous and deserves a raise. The pillows are wanting though.

Best Sleep I have had at a Hotel
I usually don’t sleep well in hotels, but at Rosewood London the bedding was so comfortable that I slept longer than I expected. Laura, Filippo, and Alex were wonderful and made me feel very welcome. I also really enjoyed dinner at Holborn Dining Room and Afternoon Tea at the Mirror Room. The staff at both were friendly, attentive, and made the experience special.

Outstanding stay in an outstanding hotel - the best in London
Absolutely fantastic stay at Rosewood London, as always. This is our fifth time returning and we were treated so well with a warm welcome and superb suite. The rooms here are so spacious for such a central location. The staff are experts in their fields and service is attentive yet subtle. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Greygoose Terrace. The Niçoise salad was delicious and the spritzes outstanding. We also enjoyed drinks at Scarfes, which is our favourite bar in London for the quality of drinks, vibe, most beautiful lounge and again, outstanding service. All in all, an excellent stay and we look forward to reenact year. Thank you to all at Rosewood for a memorable stay.

Great stay in general
Had a great stay here. The building and rooms are classy but a bit outdated, our room was cozy, spacious, with nice toiletries and a sweet bathroom. Location is good for sightseeing, but not great for shopping. Thanks to Laura from front desk for the SPECIAL service and treatment.

A True Five-Star Experience
We booked the Rosewood London last minute and were very impressed throughout our stay. From arrival to checkout, the service was excellent — friendly, professional, and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and historic. The lobby is elegant, the rooms are quiet, spacious, and well appointed, and the on-site restaurants and jazz lounge are top shelf. We stayed in a suite with double-height ceilings, which was comfortable and well designed. Candy jars placed throughout the hotel was a nice surprise. Overall, a true five-star experience, and we look forward to returning with our family.
