I recently created a TripAdvisor account that’s why this review is so late! Our stay at Rosewood London was nothing short of divine. The customer service was a level of exquisite not often received at hotels in the states. This hotel set the bar from its artistic aesthetic for design lovers to its fantastic suites & room service menu. The hotel itself is a work of art. I loved the bath tub, the gym, and the connected restaurant for pot pies. We will stay nowhere else in London!

Couldn’t have been better. I also organised 27 clients to stay and Daniel and Georgia were excellent during the process. Patient and professional! All our clients were so happy with their stay and we all found the staff and experience at a really high standard. No one was disappointed with any element. You live up to your 5 star rating. Thank you!

I don’t understand why this hotel has a 5-star rating. To me, it felt more like a tourist trap. Staff at the reception desk were very kind. All the rest of the staff couldn’t care less. The hotel is quite dark inside, which isn’t a problem at all. But this went up to a point you’d actually start feeling depressed.

Went there for single course business dinner. Dover sole was nice and very large but really needs some acidity to cut through the butter. I think the chips I ordered were parmesan truffle but they didn't pack much of a punch. House red nice, bread a tad doughy, service great. At £60 odd for the fish I can't say it is necessary value for money but I have a feeling if you're ordering fish here then that's not your number one priority. Liked it - would be great to be invited back but I'm not sure the "value" box is ticked enough for me to give it a 5.

Beautiful location in a wonderful historical building. Very nice architecture and decoration. Luxury everywhere as expected with over the top service. Food and beverages were outstanding.
