Had. Business conference here at the end of Feb. It’s an eye catching venue, very classy and upmarket. The staff were amazing and made everything run faultlessly. The rooms were fantastic and excellent size. Food was excellent on the evening with a good choice of wine and other beverages. Located in a great place if your visiting London with tube station around the corner and easy transport links. Plenty going on in the neighbourhood some nice quirky pubs and food places near by including the most amazing bakery.

Quality hotel, great room service. Convenient location next to subway station. Very comfortable bedding and pillows for any taste. Special thanks to Leo from concierge service for going extra mile to help us resolve some of our personal issues. Holborn dining restaurant was disappointing. Extremely overpriced with no quality provided. However, not sure if it is directly related to hotel or just an adjacent restaurant.

The staff greeted us so warmly and made every effort to ensure our celebration was memorable. The service was impeccableattentive without ever feeling rushed, and full of thoughtful touches that made the afternoon feel personal. The tea itself was a masterpiece. Every dish was inspired by the artwork of Hokusai and felt like a beautiful blend of creativity and flavour. It was clear so much care had gone into every element—from the delicate savouries to the intricately designed pastries. Each bite was a joy. The Mirror Room, with its serene, luxurious atmosphere, set the perfect tone for a romantic afternoon. The building itself is stunning, with a timeless beauty that adds to the sense of occasion. We left feeling inspired, full, and truly celebrated. If you’re looking for something unique and meaningful to mark a special day, this experience is simply perfect.

The service was excellent. The concierge was helpful and hooked us up with dinner reservations offsite. Great amenities including hotel gym, spa, and chocolates in the hallways. Love the location central to other fun neighborhoods. fantastic restaurant and bar onsite

One of the finest properties I’ve ever experienced. Exceptional in every way. The front desk check in experience was outstanding. The room was ultra comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was clean and the bed was superior. One of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The restaurant staff were very helpful. Great Piano Bar, ranked one of the top in the world. This hotel is superb and great for anyone who enjoys architecture and design.
