The staff was so polite and accommodating and the hotel was lovely. The breakfast daily was delicious and atmosphere inviting and clean. Our room was perfect and location was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Do not be misled by reviews and photos from the website - this is NOT a 5 star establishment, it is at best a 3 star hotel with 5 star pricing. I checked into the hotel on a very hot day in London (33 degrees Celsius) at 2:50pm. There is no air conditioning in the hotel and the room wasn’t ready. When I finally entered the room, I was greeted by a large stained chaise, and worn furniture/stained carpeting. When I entered the bathroom, I was met with growing mold. When I went to the lobby to express my concerns, the GM was very accommodating and showed me another room. This room had less mold, however the AC was at full capacity at 18 degrees but felt like 26 degrees. There were stains on the curtain, and growing dust and mold in the air vents - it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The GM was very accommodating, did not become defensive and agreed that my concerns were valid. He let me refund the hotel room and I moved to a different hotel within the next 30 minutes. When I hopped into my Uber, the driver picked up a customer from the exact same hotel one year ago and expressed the exact same concerns. This hotel needs a major overhaul and should not be representing itself as a 5 star establishment. Do not spend your money here - and book another hotel in London.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Are the rooms on the smaller side? Yes; Could the property use some upgrades? Sure. But this hotel is exceptional when considering price, location, and service. The rooms are small and older, but not dark or dirty. The service is excellent. Don't expect a 5 star luxury hotel, but rather a very well-kept and charming boutique experience in the best location.

This was our second time staying at the Roseate House, and it was even better than in 2019. Great staff and accommodations. Morning breakfast and afternoon cocktails are wonderful. It is really the dedicated and professional staff that make the experience great. I could name many but I will most fondly remember Shee and her helping us book a bus tour...really cares about her work and the hotel guests!

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
