Beautiful hotel and amazing staff
Second time in 6 weeks was back in London and my friend booked this as we had a weekend at the west end and it was perfect the food was the best I’ve ever tasted the staff incredible and it was my first time staying here and I will definitely stay again my friend stays here all the time and she was definitely right with all she said and I just want to thanks all the staff and everyone who helped us with taxis and everything.

Exceptional Afternoon Tea — The Service Made It Truly Special
What a wonderful experience. Afternoon tea was one of the things I was most looking forward to during our trip to London, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Every person we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. We weren't simply served afternoon tea — they made us feel genuinely welcomed and special. There was such a lovely warmth to the service, and we never felt rushed. The staff seemed to genuinely care that we were enjoying ourselves. We were celebrating my birthday, and they helped turn an already beautiful experience into a wonderful memory from our trip. The atmosphere was elegant, the food and tea were fantastic, and the service was outstanding. If you're looking for a special afternoon tea experience while visiting London, I highly recommend it. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. It was everything I hoped a London afternoon tea would be.
