Super helpful staff and beautiful hotel

The occasion was my birthday and the fabulous Amran made it an occasion to remember forever - a truly wonderful evening

Had my money stolen out of a locked bag left in my room. Money was there at 10.00 am and 4.00 pm returned from shops. Next morning opened suitcase to retrieve money to put into my purse and money was gone. Reported to security and they called the police who took our details over the phone and security assured us they will investigate it and be in contact by email in approximately 2 weeks. They didn't even wait 20 mins and sent us an email saying your case is closed. I lost over $7500 Australian dollars. I asked security to check the footage of the hall and see who entered our room can only be the 3 house keeping outside when we left or staff as no one else can get in without the key pass/. They advised we can only check if police advise??? Sounds very fishy and still waiting since December for someone to contact me regarding this matter.

The staff is wonderful (from receptionist, security and cleaning). Nice rooms and room services 🌟 Love the snacks variety :-)

I’ve only just started staying at Sea Containers London this week, but I already know I’ve made the right choice. I’ll be staying two nights a week, and the team have genuinely made being away from home so much easier from day one. A special thank you to Lemesh and David, who are simply wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome — warm, attentive and effortlessly professional. Mia on reception and reservations is fantastic. She’s incredibly helpful and responsive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The whole experience has felt seamless. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really sets it apart is the team. After just one week, I already feel looked after — and that makes all the difference when you’re travelling regularly.
