Love this hotel. Stayed 4 times now. Location is super. Sitting by the river on the terrace restaurant looking at St Paul’s. Food is excellent as are the staff. Only thing I would say is the rooftop bar will not suit everyone. Music designed to attract a younger crowd. But overall I’ve always had a great experience and a comfortable stay

Had a wonderful time and it was 100 percent because of service. We came to stay on a family long weekend and cannot say how much the effort by Jairo, Natalee, and Shuma made our trip memorable! We booked through Amex, and those who do know it can be hit and miss—this was def a hit!!! A very pleasant surprise at check-in and I really feel like the staff provided a level of service that made the trip exceptional. Big thanks to them for setting our family up for a great trip!!! Absolutely exceptional check-in experience at Sea Containers London. From the moment we arrived, Jairo and the front desk team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made the start of our trip feel truly special. The service felt genuinely warm and personal, not scripted, and after a long travel day it completely changed the tone of our stay. The room is absolutely stunning. It is stylish, comfortable, luxurious, and one of the nicest hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Huge thank you again to Jairo, Natalie, Nazia, and Orlando for such an unforgettable welcome. This was hospitality at its absolute best and we already can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during the festive period and it was a Beautiful hotel! The rooms, bar and lounge areas are amazing. Super location & walking distance to most major attractions! Perfect for couples & friends. The staff were helpful and friendly.
