Underwhelming service and customer orientation, even for top status customers. Breakfast was small, anything other than filter coffee costs extra while menus are not handed out before. Central location is the best thing about the hotel

Really nice, good location, superb service and nice touches like the water dispenser with sparkling and still water. Beds super comfy and nice and big plush marble bath. Base room was large enough for 3 of us! esp in London. No view but had a nice river view as you exit the back of the hotel and from their bar. Will stay again.

I called at 6:45pm, full of hope, dreams, and the desperate need to organize a birthday celebration. Instead, I was treated to a 25-minute symphony of hold music—so repetitive I’m now emotionally attached to the third loop. I waited. I paced. I aged. And eventually, I gave up—alone, party-less, and betrayed. No one answered. No one cared. Somewhere in your call center, a phone rang into the void like a Shakespearean tragedy. Had someone picked up, they would have been showered with glorious, enthusiastic praise. Compliments! Joy! Maybe even a virtual high five! But alas, your team missed out on their moment to shine. And I missed out on organizing a celebration. Now we’re both sad. Do better. My next party depends on it.

Sea Containers is an amazing place to celebrate a special occasion. The team are very accommodating and go above and beyond to help you celebrate and feel very special and welcomed. The rooms are beautiful and the cocktails (and view) at 12th Knot are incredible. 100% recommend.

I love this hotel. Staff is incredible. All so friendly, caring and warm. Rooms are spotless, quiet and comfortable. Location can't be beat. So many great restaurants all in walking distance. Highly recommended!!! My go to hotel for business or pleasure.
