Shangri-La The Shard, London

The service at Shangri La Shard is truly exceptional. All the staff are friendly and attentive, the standard never let's up. The hotel is super clean with incredible views beautiful and excudes pure luxury.Please immerse yourself in the experience of staying here and enjoy every moment. Breakfast is fantastic and the sky pool overlooking Central London is amazing. I have been lucky to stay here 3 times and I hope to do so many more. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

We recently enjoyed a stay here in a beautiful iconic city view room with fantastic views of London. The staff here cannot do enough for you, everyone is so helpful and friendly. From reception, Ting restaurant (where we enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea) and all other staff we spoke to. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly. The hotel itself is very clean and smells lovely. The bedrooms are fantastic and the views are spectacular. We cannot wait to return and enjoy another wonderful stay.

Please don’t waste your money on this hotel, the customer service is appalling. Only person I can praise was Jessica but apart from that the staff look like they don’t want to be there and speak to guests rudely.

I organised a surprise overnight stay for my husband for our 35th wedding anniversary. I informed the hotel of this and the staff (customer services, reception, and the lounge bar) were very helpful in enabling me to keep it a surprise. Including, informing me when the room was ready whilst we were enjoying cocktails in the lounge on the 52nd floor. The suite was exceptional and the views were stunning. It was a wonderful stay for an amazing husband (and me). I would certainly recommend it. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff who helped me in the surprise.

A magical view to enjoy while visiting the bar. Fantastic bar area with great decor on the 35th floor, serving excellent drinks. Great advice on the drinks, very friendly staff and excellent service. See you soon.
