Lovely overnight stay
Stayed at The Shard Shangri-La for 1 night as part of a work event. The Hotel was welcoming and the staff from start to finish were fantastic. The room I had was on 46th floor and was nice along with the fantastic views, as per my photos. We had dinner in The Li Room and the staff were brilliant along with the 3 course meal being wonderful too. After the meal we spent the evening in The Gong Bar and the drinks, views, atmosphere and staff were all brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, i didn’t get time to use the pool or other facilities but colleagues did and said they were great.

My experience in the Shard has always been 10 out of 10 and myself and my wife has always had an amazing experience and this was helped on New Years Eve and today by Elias Loecker who has been nothing short of amazing and a true assent to the Shard, I would recommend anybody to come and experience this for themselves. Thank you again for a truly amazing experience and will be back for sure!

Just Love the Shangri-La at the Shard
This review is long overdue. We stayed at this hotel in August 2024. The manager was fabulous and let us preview several view rooms until we found one we loved! We had an exceptional stay and ate at the hotel restaurant twice (both the food and the view were great). We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, wow, wow! My partner and I stayed in the Westminster Suite to celebrate her birthday. The best room I've stayed in, simply breath taking. The whole experience from the moment you walk through the revolving doors is world class, ultimate luxury. ALL of the staff we interacted with, the spa, the suite. Unreal! Thank you to everyone at the Shangri-La The Shard for making it so special
