St. Ermin's Hotel

Our stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. The front desk team and concierge were not only welcoming but also full of great local insights and tips that helped make our trip even more memorable. The Caxton Grill crew were gracious and attentive — dining there felt like being among friends. The hotel’s hospitality truly stands out as top-notch. Our room was beautifully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after long days exploring the city. And the location couldn’t be better — with the St James’s Park Tube station conveniently located right at the rear of the building, getting around London was effortless. We even discovered a charming shortcut through Birdcage Walk, leading straight to Buckingham Palace — a hidden gem of a stroll! In every way, St Ermin’s delivered the comfort, charm, and class we hoped for. We can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh, elegant, and well cared for. The rooms were absolutely spotless — perfectly cleaned, well-organized, and comfortably furnished. elegant, and well cared for. Public areas were just as impressive, with tidy seating areas and a pleasant atmosphere throughout. Every detail reflected great attention to cleanliness, which made my stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. I would like to say a huge Thank you to the staff at this hotel, from the minute of booking till we checked out it has been amazing, three staff members stood out and went up and beyond with their amazing customer services and compassion towards my family and our situation huge thank you to Daniela Lehner she is an amazing front house manager she delivers compassion and empathy and she she really understands Also Steve who is such a lovely man looked after our car and gave us some amazing helpful advice regarding London and he had time for my children and really made them feel comfortable ( they have autism ) they still ask about him and lastly Stefano in the bar he was such a lovely gentleman very kind and understanding and helpful his customer service was amazing and nothing was too much for him Thank you to the other staff too everyone of them were amazing and made us feel welcome I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and families and those with needs as they really understand and go way and above to support you and the location is fab
