Excellent Time
Everything was delicious and the staff was so nice. The food was good, the tea was really flavorful, the presentation was beautiful, and the ambiance and decoration was carefully picked and they made you feel like home. All of the deserts were different and special. 20/10

Heavenly Oasis
From the moment you step onto the property, you know you are home. The courtyard is lush with roses and greenery. The building is gorgeous. The staff is the best part. They greet you with a smile. They are super helpful. They are your family during your stay. The breakfast can't be beat. The rooms have character. I slept better than I do at home. Aizaz and the whole crew at the front desk, concierge, bellmen, and especially Gordon greeting us as we arrived back home.

A delightful experience!
My husband & I had the privilege of staying at St.Ermin's Hotel for my Birthday at the end of April. From the moment we arrived we were treated with the utmost respect & consideration. Everyone went above & beyond what we expected. Everything about the hotel was amazing but especially the breakfast with it's fantastic selection of everything you could think of! I would like to mention Steve one of the concierge who was extremely helpful. Also Nahid Yasin who was so polite & charming at breakfast time. We would definitely recommend this hotel not only for it's location but for the attention to detail to make your stay such a delightful one.

Wonderful high tea exeprience
It was a wonderful high tea experience, all prepared for the kids and us. Thank you also for preparing a special selection for my vegetarian nice, she loved it! Scones, savories and sweets were splendid…! Thank you, Lucy & see you soon again.

The St. Ermin’s is special
Our experience at the St. Ermin’s Hotel was amazing. The warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Thus started at our check in with the charming Katia. Breakfast was wonderful and got each morning off to a great start. If you want perfection stay at the St. Ermin’s!
