Deluxe and relaxing hotel in great location in London
Amazing experience at this iconic hotel. Great location, beautiful rooms and decor throughout, and the most attentive staff who went above and beyond to please their guests. Fantastic breakfast and lively and buzzing bar. Coupled with the happy hour in the evenings where drinks and snacks are served in the forecourt and lobby area, it was tempting to just stay put and enjoy a home away from home, which I'm thinking this will be for future visits to London. Can't speak highly enough of this property.

Beautiful hotel and fabulous staff!
This is maybe one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. I have traveled all over the world and the beauty and service of the staff is unmatched. We had a minor problem with our air conditioning on a 98° day and they offered us free breakfast for the week. The staff are incredibly helpful and service-oriented. Hamza treated us like family every night as we ended our day in the bar with a nightcap. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. They also really cater to families traveling with children.
