St. Ermin's Hotel

Truly comfortable beds and pillows in a perfectly clean room, with a large, spotless bathroom with great water pressure, and clean terry robes and coffee/tea station. I asked in advance for a quiet room and was given one waaaay back down the hall. It was indeed quiet! The service and the staff are top notch here. I never felt alone. Everyone is obviously trained to ask "What are you doing today?" and to actively listen to your response and make suggestions, all of which were valuable (I ended up at Coventry Garden for a stop at Whittard of Chelsea, at the suggestion of Nahid--Food & Customer Experience--which was worth the stop because I bought a friend and myself some lovely gifts of tea and chocolate, as well as enjoyed a walk through other shops). Unlike a lot of American hotels, St. Ermin's lobby is the place to be all the time; it's like passing through a friend's living room, and they serve wine at 5pm :-) The restaurant is very good and I was the grateful recipient of two Full English breakfasts that set my body up for the day until a late lunchtime. I can't say enough about the kindness and sincerity of the staff at St. Ermin's, especially Nayome at the front desk. Nothing felt rehearsed or forced. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and seen. I had nothing that required resolution, so cannot speak to that. Overall, St. Ermin's is an excellent hotel and, compared to some not so wonderful experiences in other UK accommodations, the best. I shall return!

I traveled to London with Marathon Tours & Travel and stayed at St. Ermin’s Hotel, Autograph Collection near St. James’s Park. The hotel was exquisite, and the staff were extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. It’s perfectly located near the train station and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and many other attractions and shopping areas. A wonderful experience all around!

This is my new favorite hotel in London. Not only is the lobby one of the most unique I have seen, but the entry from the street, the arrival experience and the restaurants are all distinctive and top notch. I was there for business and needed some folio help when I checked out and Shanoor was really nice and helpful, and got me all sorted quickly and smiley!

Our stay at St Ermin’s was an absolute highlight of our trip to London. Perfectly located in Westminster and close to so many highlights. The hotel was warm, welcoming and effortlessly comfortable and the entire staff was outstanding - doing anything they could to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. Concierge team was incredibly helpful. Breakfast and the crew were outstanding. I would describe it as comfortably elegant, but not too formal or stuffy. Absolute go to next time we are in London.

A wonderfully situated, under stated but charming hotel with alot of atmosphere. Staff very friendly but I think the key attribute is style. This is not a flashy place where you are going to be troubled by people wearing their hats the wrong way round and playing loud music.
