Spectacular hotel and service!
Wow is all I can say. I had huge expectations but they exceeded even those! Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable! What truly made our visit is the Concierge people. Everyone was fantastic. Answering questions, setting up transfers, they aimed to please and help you out which made our visit spectacular. If you can, use this hotel on your visit to London or as a hotel prior to cruising out of Southampton!

Brilliant place to stay and great customer service specifically by Binayak, Amar and Rabin
We have been staying at this hotel for multiple occasion, this time it was even more special with an excellent customer service provided by Binayak at the reception along with other teams members of the service team. We had also decided to dine within the hotel where we experienced out of the box service by Amar and Rabin. We had meet Rabin on our previous visit and he has always been extraordinary on his service and knows everything very well. Amar was really caring and listened to us carefully to meet expectations. Overall all the staff members and team were great and will see you all again soon when we come back to stay with our kids.

Best hotel in Central London
This is our go to place whenever we are in London. Feels like home away from home. If you're with family and can't live without great Indian food this is the place you should consider. Food is the best. Thank you

Not the best!!
The front desk team a few years ago was outstanding. The hospitality was truly stellar. It always felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It was remarkable and it made us look forward to our stays at St. James’ Court. Unfortunately, this time our experience was quite different. There were a few concerns that are worth pointing out. During one of our meals, we spotted a mouse in the restaurant seating area. The dining staff mentioned that it may have been due to the reconstruction happening in the hotel’s front reception area, but as customers dining there, it was unsettling and made us worry that it could enter the kitchen as well. Another incident occurred when a staff member knocked three times and then entered our room before I had a chance to open the door. He did apologise afterwards, but this is not the level of privacy and professionalism we have ever experienced at the Taj. We sincerely hope the management team can address these issues. We would love to continue returning to St. James’ Court, but for now, we do not feel as positive about our recent stay. Please bring back the high standards that once made this hotel exceptional.
