The Tim Andreas of Banjo design rooms evoke a sense of spaciousness and luxury by using a mix of both naturally inspired and modern materials. The overall effect is an ethereal, yet sensuous experience.

We had a great experience so far at St. Martins Lane thanks to Veronica at the front desk. She was very accommodating to our family’s needs as we are traveling with an infant. She was welcoming and made our first trip to London unforgettable. The rooms are clean and relatively quiet even though the hotel is in a very central location with several bars and nightlife nearby. Veronica assigned us a great room with bathroom and entry mudroom that are separate from the bedroom, making it great for our baby to get great sleep while my wife and I could unpack/get ready without disturbing our baby’s sleep. Would love to stay here again. And thank you again Veronica for accommodating us!

Great Experience!
We had a wonderful 9-night stay at this hotel in London. From the moment we arrived, we always felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The towels were always fresh and clean, the bed was pristinely made every day, and the coffee and tea were refilled daily. We also really appreciated that bottled water was provided every day. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and the service was consistently fast. A special thank you to Nicki from the breakfast team, who was always so kind and accommodating to our requests. She made us feel welcome every morning and was always happy to help. After staying for 9 nights, we truly appreciated the consistent level of service and care. It felt like the staff genuinely wanted us to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when we return to London. Highly recommended!

Good location and excellent service. The road in front of the hotel was blocked due to construction. Vincent helped to take our 14-pieces of luggage from the back of the hotel to the front desk ! He is amazing. The warmth that Nicki ,the breakfast team and Shraddha make our day!
