Stayed with my daughter who had booked an Abba package, B & B and taxi to and from venue. Warm welcome at check in, lovely room, breakfast was ok with plenty choice. All in all a great stay

Abba Voyage package worked perfectly
We booked an Abba Voyage package which included transfers to and from the venue - this worked seamlessly. Hotel was very comfortable and rooms were modern, clean and spacious. We visited the bar and the restaurant, both were quite busy as it was a Saturday night but we managed to get served and the vibe was good. Handy for the shops and plenty of places to walk out to. We would stay again.

Lovely stay
I had an overnight stay after going to ABBA Voyage with friends. The room was lovely and clean and I slept like a baby. The room had air conditioning which was great. We had dinner, and breakfast the following morning in the restaurant, the food was delicious. All the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous.

Chilled & relaxed
We visited the lounge area. Nice open space and bar. Staff courteous, and lounge manager excellent. We dropped by on the way home and popped in for a coffee and stayed for 2 glasses of wine. Very relaxed, nice way to way to end the day. We will be back.

Large, clean and modern rooms, but let down by staff
This property offers excellent rooms in a convenient location for shopping and public transport. I was upgraded to a corner Junior Suite, with large accommodations which featured a modern design. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a feature, free-standing bath tub. The rooms were clean throughout. However, the staff at the hotel felt awkward to interact with and did not make a welcoming impression. If this area could be improved, the hotel would have a fantastic offering.
