We have stayed at this hotel many times but this was the first with our dog. As usual the staff were welcoming and made a fuss over us and the dog. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast the next morning. Both experiences were up to the usual high standard. Our dog enjoyed them as well! Many thanks for the upgraded room

Everything about my stay was positive. From the initial professionalism and attentiveness of the staff on reception creating an excellent first impression. The styling of the hotel is impressive. The rooms were superb, clean, well appointed and all expectations covered. The bathroom was spacious, with a large shower, separate bath and plenty of space for toiletries, including the complimentary things. The bed was comfortable. The room was well maintained, warm and inviting creating a relaxing space. I think the food offering was very good. Breakfast included freshly cooked menu items and a selection of buffet items. Dinner offering was also high quality, from the pizza area outside to the menu prepared in the open kitchen. However the standout was the staff, obviously trained to a high standard, they were friendly, there when needed without being overbearing. We were surprised by how easy it was to get to and from other parts of London. I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return soon.

We've just returned from a birthday weekend (for myself) with friends here & I have to say the whole stay was faultless ✨ The staff were amazing, very attentive and they even came out with a birthday treat for me at lunchtime, as well as in my room. We had a warm greeting from the reception staff, they were all very friendly and talkative and they even let us check in early and made sure we have rooms next to each other. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and was served by a lady called Simona. She was really lovely and she couldn't do enough for us. The service was brilliant! Again, nothing was too much trouble when we went down for breakfast on Sunday which was fabulous, a buffet breakfast and a cook breakfast. There was so much choice. Simona again Make sure we had everything we needed from the moment we sat down. Our room was beautiful, the bed was probably the best bed I've ever slept in and the pillows were scrumptious, my heads just sank into them. It's just what you want when you've had a late night I need a good night's sleep 👌 We were seeing Abba Voyage on the Sunday so the hotel was perfect for this location. We wouldn't stay anywhere else 👏 So it's five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing staff, slick modern hotel, delicious food and cocktails!! Beautiful roof garden too!! What more could we want? Perfection

I recently stayed at The Stratford Autograph Collection for 9 nights and had a fantastic experience. I had used my Bonvoy suite upgrade vouchers, and to my surprise, they were accepted for the entire duration—something that’s never happened before for such a long stay. It really felt like top-notch Ambassador Elite recognition. We were upgraded to the Manhattan Suite, which was a real treat. Check-in was smooth, quick, and friendly—exactly what you want after a long journey. The suite itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, spacious, and filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and overall the room was just a great space to come back to every evening. The breakfast spread each morning was more than decent, but what really stood out was the service—attentive, warm, and consistent throughout the stay. We also spent a few evenings at the lobby bar, which had a great vibe and some seriously skilled bartenders who clearly knew their craft. While the hotel isn’t in central London, the location is still super convenient. It’s right next to Stratford station, so getting anywhere in the city is easy and quick. All in all, we had a really enjoyable stay and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel—especially for Bonvoy elites looking for a great London base with standout service and style.

Every staff member we spoke to was lovely. Verrine in particular but all them outstanding from reception, to housekeeping. The room was gorgeous. So clean and everything you could want. Amazing shower. Very quiet, especially considering how built up it is surrounding it. Right next to Westfield and less than 10 minutes to London Stadium. Car park (not subsidised) in the next building. Train station across from it. If I could afford it I would 100% return. It’s pricey but I loved every second of it. Thank you
