Great service
Great dinner at the bar. Food was good. Service from Prabs the bartender was top notch. Prabs made great drinks and was friendly and knowledgeable. Ishant Hamad and Piyush were great too. Highly recommend

The Best Experience
We recently visited the Westin London City for our anniversary celebration and it the best decision we ever made because we had the best time ever. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxing at the same time and all the staff we met or spoke to, was absolutely delightful. Everyone is just happy to be there, and the attention to details is truly next level. The rooms was so beautiful and luxurious, bright, very clean and cozy. However, what truly made the difference for us was the way staff looked after us. In particular we want to thank Nikoleta Zoi. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Her kindness, positivity, professionalism, and attention to detail turned a wonderful stay into a truly special experience. She is an absolute gem and a real credit to the hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt truly valued and cared for. It was more than just a hotel stay because it became a memory we will always cherish. We cannot wait to come back and would recommend The Westin London City to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in London.

Wonderful Service at the Westin London City
Our room was very nice and after a 2 week transatlantic cruise the mattress at the Westin was outstanding A bit of a disappointment the the internet was down Saturday and Sunday. But we were out and about during most of the time anyway. The breakfast was great fruit, custom made omelets, juices, pancakes and bacon. I always enjoyed the tuna salmon and capers in the morning Jean, Atsede, and Halyana were our very attentive servers. Always suppling more coffee, removing used plates and replacing used silverware for us as we chose other items to eat. These young women had such lovely smiles!

Mosaic restaurant
We went to the restaurant Mosaic, it was amazing! We were served by Alejandro and the experience was great. The food was really nice and we had perfect serivice!
