Expensive, overrated and exploitative

Everything at this hotel is extra or subject to a service charge even when you have served yourself! They even have the cheek to add a service charge to the room charge which in itself is excessive. We have stayed here twice year on year and we won’t be staying here again. Breakfast is good but at £35 plus 13.5% service charge (and its buffet self service) it is extremely expensive. Leanardo hotel is approx 500 yards away, half the price and has a lovely roof bar.

Great hotel and great service (both check in and check out) provided by "Mo". The spa is beautiful here and the room service food was particularly good. Idea location right in the heart of the city too - recommended. The cocktail bar atop the Thames is also a great little find.

My Family and I have stayed at the Westin each time we are in London and absolutely love it. It is perfectly located on the River Thames with access points to the most popular tourist destinations and restaurants in the city. If you prefer to taxi, they are all considerably close but you could walk to many of them within a short time. The overall experience is definitely one to remember. I would like to give special recognition to Sami. Our arrival and departure was smooth thanks to him. He warmly welcomed us upon arrival, quickly helped us with our luggage and carefully handled them up to our room. He was kind enough to arrange our taxi for our departure ahead of time which gave us peace of mind. Thank you again Sami! We look forward to stay again once we are back in town.

First, thanks to Louis Galloway, Giulia, Mohamed, Rimez, Max Mouchi, and Sami Kartal. Each of you impacted our trip and made it all the more enjoyable. During a return trip using Uber to the hotel from a local tour I commented to my wife that it felt like we were coming home. Thanks for all you did to make this experience stand out among all others.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and is situated right on the Thames. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to the underground and walking distance to many tourist areas. The rooms are very spacious big closet with many drawers to store your cloths, the bathroom is big usually you don't see this in many European hotels. The staff is super friendly and always greeting you, Rimel in particular was helpful and attentive.
