Just returned from a stay at The Westin London City. A truly very positive experience from arrival to departure. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. A huge shout out to Halyna and Cristina, who were working at breakfast, for their warm welcome and excellent service.

No words other than exceptionally beautiful, this hotel meet the requirement needs of me, my husband and kids. From rooms being spacious and comfortable to have a lovely night rest to a coffee machine on suite for a quick morning coffee before breakfast. The location of the hotel made everything more worthwhile across the river Thames with beautiful scenery, for the price of the room there’s nothing I can say that screamed 5* like this hotel does. The hotel staff were impeccable especially this young gentleman named Sami (I believe that’s how it’s spelt), from hotel tours to showing us each service this superb hotel has to offer, spa and sauna my kids loves and couldn’t leave alone and a winding down massage for me and my husband. He is what I would say made the experience so much more worthwhile and evidently shows why customer service out betters and is what truly makes a 5* hotel. So from me and my family, thank you for a memorable experience we will not be forgotten.

Enjoyed our 3 days stay here at Westin. All staff was amazing especially in breakfast. Many thanks to Jean, Manisha and Pyush for looking after us everytime we went to breakfast. We will definitely be back!
