Customer service with a smile
Stoyan from the Westin’s security department was so kind and helpful. After a guest noticed an AirPod case on a chair in the lobby, Stoyan used the hotel’s cameras to identify me as the owner and swiftly returned the case to me. I’m very grateful for his diligence and hospitality. This hotel is lovely in all ways!

Absolutely pleasant
It was one of our best hotel experiences in London. The room was comfortable and food was delicious. Most of all the staff were very kind and caring. Most of all, Fred was very helpful from our entering into the lobby until leaving the hotel. It was a very pleasant experience compared to other Marriott Hotel experiences I had in London. Highly recommend this property if you are vacationing in London.

My breakfast service with Kristy was fantastic! She was very attentive and fast. The Westin hotel is also very nice!!!!
