Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, in a great location. Rooms are smaller however very clean, and up dated. The neighborhood is great! There are many cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. The private garden space is a hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

What a hidden gem! I absolutely loved this fabulous hotel. I especially loved Desiree at the front desk. She was wonderful!!! My terrace view was superb. Loved the secret garden access. Can’t say enough good things. Loved. 🥰 But, be careful on the step up.

Excellent hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit smallish but very clean. Hotel near Victoria Station and thus convenient for gravel by tube(or taxi). Two doors away from Churchill’s home. Nearby excellent restaurants. Definitely will stay again upon our second return.

Great stay for one night to go to the Royal Court Theatre. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and quiet with a lovely comfortable bed. The shower was excellent! Good proximity to Victoria Station. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel is simply not a 5 star experience. Room was small, no desk, no coat hooks and just too many buttons and gadgets which were unnecessary. The bathroom was tiny yet the mirror had a built in tv in case you planned to stay in there for a while. The only way to watch this would be whilst stood up using the toilet. Privacy glass option on the bathroom door and shower partition through to the bedroom were just pointless. The main TV was running an Apple TV and had loads of apps installed, but AirPlay didn’t work and I didn’t really want to enter my account login details to the various streaming apps that were installed. I also cannot recall ever being asked for a deposit in case of accidental damages, even in less than 5 star places. Hmmm.
