Flemings Mayfair Hotel

Great hotel, service was 5* and the rooms are all different and boutique. Breakfast was very tasty with a good spread. The staff from start to finish were very professional, remembered our names and greeted us warmly. If you're looking for great service, boutique style rooms and a great location, this is your place!

This review is overdue (I stayed at Flemings in early January), but I wanted to let them and anyone else who’s interested know what a fabulous experience my husband and I had. We arrived on New Year’s Day in the morning. Despite our room not being ready (and why would it? No one checks out early on New Year’s Day), they took excellent care of us. They helpfully stored our bags while we had tea in the drawing room. Our room was fantastic. We stayed in what I believe was a Junior Suite. The room was more than ample and held loads of amenities. There was an honor bar full of gin selections and accouterments, a nice wardrobe, a chaise, a couple of chairs, very large bathroom, very nice Asprey Purple Water bath products, a towel warmer, plenty of supplies for tea and coffee. Our room did not face the Main Street, and was very, very quiet. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each and every day. Speaking of staff, Andrew and Adnan were particularly helpful, especially when I had a package from Liberty delivered to the hotel prior to my arrival. It was waiting in the room with our luggage. The continental breakfast was included in our rate and was plentiful. There was a great variety of fruit, cheeses, meats, cereals, breads, yogurt, and more. As many people have mentioned, the location is great. Very near a tube stop and near a great many restaurants and shops. I’m not sure when we’ll return to London, but when we do, we will be staying at Flemings. The entire stay was sprinkled with fairy dust in every way.

The Flemings is located in central Mayfair, short walk from Gren Park Station. My wife and I have stayed at The Flemings quite a lot, normally 4-5 time a year, we've stayed in rooms on most floor and at the front and back of the hotel. We always stay in Executive King rooms, no two rooms are the same, some are much larger than other. This time we booked with Booking.com and were allocated a room on the 4th floor with a small bathroom and low ceilings. When we've booked direct with the hotel we've been allocated room on 1st and 2nd floors which are much larger. Be mindful that you might be getting a cheaper rate with booking.com but you might also end up with a smaller room. I can't fault the hotel, the hotel staff are fantastic, the rooms are very clean with excellent facilities, the bar staff in cocktail bar so helpful and a joy to chat with. I will of course be staying at The Flemings again but next time I'll book directly with the hotel.

Flemings Hotel is a beautiful oasis of calm and serenity. The decor is amazing so take time to have a wander around the corridors and admire the amazing art work, original features and art decor. Every member of staff was so genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom and en suite was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need including a large umbrella! Every where in the hotel was spotless. Breakfast at Flemings is a wonderful experience, with a wide range of continental options and a menu for cooked dishes. All the breakfast team were amazing, so warm, friendly and helpful, they certainly give you a wonderful start to our day. We hope to be back again soon to enjoy your company. Many thanks

Excellent location for us as we spend a lot of time in and around Picadilly, Regent St etc and the lovely Green Park is across the road which always draws you in for a relaxing stroll. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance and the staff are very attentive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Our room was very comfortable and located where we didn’t hear any of the Picadilly late night traffic. An absolute delight and enjoyed our weekend stay. I can thoroughly recommend and will be returning on our next London trip.
