Great hospitality!
Great hospitality, certainly to come back and recommend. Great location. Even that is very close to Piccadilly st, is very quiet.

No one has better service.
The rooms are small, but well appointed, which is expected. What's unexpected is how amazing the service is--This is the first hotel stay I've ever had in which every single person we came in contact with was wonderful, there were only positive interactions. Each employee seemed as if they were happy to be there and they appeared to be personally invested in provdiing a good experience for us.

Everything was handled professionally, and the hospitality made my experience especially memorable. The bellboy’s excellent service upon my arrival made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the very first moment. The reception team was very attentive and kindly provided the room I requested, even though they had not been informed in advance.I especially enjoyed the bar experience — the team there was excellent Especially Abara, the Albanian waiter, attentive, and welcoming. Together, they made me feel that I was truly staying in a genuine boutique hotel, where exceptional attention is paid to every detail and guest comfort is a priority. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ayyaz Junjua, Zara, Monica, Alex, for their outstanding support, kindness, and professionalism. I hope I have written everyone’s names correctly.
