We had booked in for a one night stay for a celebration. We had not told the hotel this advance, but upon checking in my husband was asked if we were celebrating anything. He told them we were, and after a pleasant chat over our plans for the rest of the day, Catalina ( Guest Relations Manager ) very kindly offered us a room upgrade to a Studio Suite. We had already got a lunch booked in Oxford Street and a matinee theatre show, so came back to the hotel early evening to actually check in to our room. Our luggage had already been taken to the room, and we also had a bottle of bubbles on ice and a kind message left for us. That evening we ate in Ormer, we had the 5 course tasting menu along with a wine pairing, we also had a cheese selection as an extra course along with a lovely glass of slightly chilled Madeira wine. Everything was just fantastic, Alex was our main meal server along with Piotr ( the sommelier ). Both were very personable and knowledgeable about the food and wine. When we left the restaurant, they gave both of us a little goody bag which was another nice touch. On leaving Ormer, we told the staff we were heading to Manetta’s Bar for a drink or two. We sat down in the bar and were greeted by Mario, who gvae us the drinks menu, but then returned with two complementary glasses of Champagne. Mario & Co then gave a short rendtion of ‘Happy Birthday ‘ to my husband. We had another drink, then retired for the night. The room was great - we resisted the gin bar! - and although a very low noise of underground trains, we soon dropped off and slept well. The morning started with breakfast in Ormer, we had the continental offering which was just lovely, the fresh juices were good, coffees of your choice, and even a ‘bloody Mary’ station if you fancied it. Without exception, everything about our stay was fantastic, from our room, public areas and all staff. We have already booked our return visit to this lovely hotel.

We had an unforgettable night at Flemings Mayfair. The hotel is elegant and perfectly located, but what truly made the difference was the hospitality of Amaan Zarrar. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was seamless and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Amaan’s genuine warmth and attention to detail turned a lovely evening into a lasting memory. Highly recommend Flemings Mayfair — and if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Amaan, you’re in the best hands!

Amazing location with beautiful rooms, cozy beds, and heated washroom floors. We were welcomed with drinks and enjoyed the classic British interiors. The staff were outstanding special thanks to Aman Zarar, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. A perfect mix of comfort, style, and warm hospitality

My second time staying! 1000% recommend!!!! Luxury, location, service and absolute first class experience!!! Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in London. They go out of their way to make sure it’s an experience of a lifetime!

We stayed here as a couple during a short stopover in London before our departure next day. My only wishe is that we booked our stay for longer. This hotel is absolutely excellent - right in the heart of London, on the doorstep of three amazing parks and all of the London attractions. Plenty of restaurant options nearby, cafés shopping etc etc. This hotel is not your typical large chain hotel so if you’re looking for all of the standard amenities, this might not be an option for you. But if you’re looking for a boutique hotel with personal attention from staff, excellent rooms and access to everything that London has to offer within a walking distance - this will be a perfect choice. We will definitely be back. Special thanks to Monica at the reception - she made our stay unforgettable.
