Stayed at Flemings Mayfair on Saturday. What a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service and delightful staff. Don’t miss the wonderful bar in the basement! Reminded us of Annabelle’s !

Great Location, friendly and professional staff, lovely room and great bar! A gem in the middle of Mayfair. What more can you ask for 😊

A friend recommended Flemings so I booked a stay in November of 2025 and I’ve been retuning since. On my latest trip, I had an incredibly comfortable and pleasurable experience. My trip to London was incredible, only to be enhanced by the accommodations at Flemings and by the delightful interactions I had with members of the hotel team.

I’ve been visiting London for many years and have stayed in many hotels, but unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences. The room was extremely small and poorly maintained. The shower didn’t work properly, the air conditioning above the bed was very noisy all night, and the windows had poor soundproofing, so I could hear the street noise clearly. The most disappointing part was the service. I urgently needed assistance during the night, but nobody answered the hotel phone despite several calls. I also requested room cleaning at 8 a.m., and by noon, nobody had come. For a hotel claiming to be five-star, the standard of both the room and service was far below expectations. I will not stay here again and, based on my experience, cannot recommend it.

I had a short 2-night stay in London and could not be happier that I stayed Flemings Mayfair. I felt welcome/valued by the staff at every turn, and my Deluxe Single room was very comfortable. The location was ideal for my stay, I was able to walk 20-30 minutes to most of places I wanted to go, and the tube was convenient for the places that were farther away. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with excellent croissants / yogurt / fruit / meats / cheeses. Other items were available ala carte, but for me it was perfect. I had room service for dinner on the night I arrived, and it was really good - delivered within 30 minutes, perfectly cooked, delicious.
