Room 130 is directly above your smoking section and stinks all day and night of cigarettes. The Air Conditioning did not work, but of course we couldn't have cracked windows or we would essentially be in your smoking section. You had multiple work vans out front as you were fixing the broken AC, and every time any of the workers stepped out to smoke it filled our room whether the window was cracked or not. We both left with scratchy throats and all of our clothing smells of cigarettes. A very miserable experience.

Amazing location, service, staff and comfort. Lorena the ops manager was amazing and Patrick in the drawing room was amazing as well! They both took really good care of us and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, everything is clean and comfortable. Truly amazing hotel and staff

Amazing experience at Flemings! Great cocktails and wine at the bar, wonderful daily breakfast, extremely polite and attentive staff. Rooms were great and modern. Did not have a “corporate” hotel feel at all. Was very much boutique and historic, while not being tired whatsoever. Central location that you can walk to great shopping and museums (Churchill War Rooms, Jermyn Street, Savile Row, etc). I can’t recommend Fleming enough!

The bathroom was not cleaned enough but the location was pretty good. We didn’t have place to put the luggage’s also. Only on the floor. The room was quite small. The breakfast was fantastic. The best thing is this Hotel is the location. It’s really amazing

Our stay made our first trip to London extra special, the staff including the concierge, housekeeping, breakfast staff and doormen (who were always so helpful), were overly attentive and the kindest people and such a pleasure to meet. The hotel is charming and beautifully designed and decorated, rooms were incredible, impeccably clean, with heated bathroom floors. Perfectly nestled in the heart of Mayfair we could walk to every historical site we wanted to visit or quick black cab to neighboring towns. We will definitely be staying at The Fleming when visiting London again. Highly recommend!
