Flemings is a great hotel but what really sets it apart is its people. Ayyaz is a credit to the brand and provided the most amazing, spectacular welcome. Well done Ayyaz, we need more people like you

Problems happen. How a hotel remedies them makes all the difference. I can’t say enough good things about how we were treated by Ayyaz who works the front desk. Our thermostat was broken, maintenance could not fix it, there were no available rooms. Ayyaz took it into his own hands, spoke to his manager and secured us an amazing suite for no added cost. There were other ways it could have played out but he took the road that would end in the most customer satisfaction. Thanks Ayyaz!! 💪🏼

Excellent cosy hotel in an excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the intimate and comforting vibe of the hotel. Feels luxurious yet homely. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel checks every box! Luxury. Location. Service. They really excel at all of it. They were recently taken over by the Hilton, which was a bonus as I am a Diamond member. They adhered to all of the Diamond member policies, explaining all of my perks and giving me an upgrade, etc. However, the service that they build upon that is outstanding… Better than any other Hilton I have been to. We did have an issue with our first assigned room. Well, I appreciated them, giving me the upgrade with the balcony, the room was directly above the tube. I’m an extremely light sleeper, so needless to say I did not get a wink of sleep until the trained stopped - but was promptly woken up again early the next morning. I went to the front desk and was told the manager would be arriving at 8 AM. So, upon his arrival, I met up with him and he was absolutely wonderful. He had already taken care of the change of my room. He personally walked me up and gave me a tour of the new room and made sure that it was going to work for me and I felt that he was genuinely sorry I did not get a good night sleep and wanted to do everything he could to rectify that. The breakfast every morning was great. The service is absolutely fantastic and it was wonderful to start with a proper English tea in the morning. It’s a lovely property and a fab location - close to everything. Few blocks from the tube. Walkable to Carnaby and proper Mayfair pubs and dining! Forum and Mason is a short walk. Just perfect in every way. Can’t wait to return!

Ergys, Alessandro, Marco the best team I ever encountered during my journey in London! It was so cheerful and we had very good exchanges as well in various! French Italian Spanish and the service was excellent und very kind and of course focused on details! I really can recommend this place for relaxing and dreaming your dream!
