The most incredible hotel - a warm welcome and the team are wonderful. So friendly and helpful and really make the hotel so special. This gorgeous property is flawless. Genuinely warm, welcoming service, knowledgeable concierge, gorgeous design (real orchids in the rooms) and delicious flood. My mother, daughter and I were treated like royalty and loved our stay here. Adnan and the full team went way out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a lovely stay. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

A Truly Wonderful Experience.
It was a real pleasure for us to have a 4 night stay in this outstanding boutique hotel . Everything was perfect in every way . Upon arrival we were greeted by the operations manager Lorena Somera who was exceptionally professional and just so lovely to be around during our stay . Lorena looked after us very well , With nothing being too much trouble for her at all .Our room a king deluxe was bright airy very clean with an extremely comfortable bed . We enjoyed our breakfasts very much with the team in the restaurant and bar being so attentive and very professional . The Reception and concierge staff members were first class . This hotel is in a perfect location situated in Mayfair so close to everything , it’s quiet so relaxing and felt like no other hotel we have visited before and there have been many we have visited all over the world . I will be recommending Flemings hotel to any of my hairdressing guests who want to visit London for pleasure or on business. Looking forward to our next visit . Many thanks to you all . Brian & Tad .

Great hotel with excellent service. As great as the hotel staff is, and they are exceptional, it is the bar staff they keeps me coming back. 5+Stars to the Mannetas bar.
