About the Hotel
Good Hotel London is a re-designed platform located right on the water and offering views over the river Thames and city of London. From the outside, it looks like a giant, black container, with green roof and small windows. Inside, however, the design and atmosphere encourage groups to sit, eat and chat together. The reception is glued with a bar, and a library in one big lounging area. The hotel's look is different to others because its offers training and jobs to long-term unemployed people in the local community. The hotel rooms range between a cozy and a roomy and boasting a smart layout and contemporary aesthetics.

Great very affordable hotel in a great area
We would normally use another nearby hotel but on this occasion opted to try the Good hotel. We were very pleasantly supprised by what we found for what is a really good price. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff and in particular Adrian and Mohamed (the night desk staff were fabulous and an absolute credit to the hotel.

Nice place for somewhere to just sleep for a reasonable price
Ideal to stay at if you are looking for somewhere to just sleep. I was on my own, and was in a 'double' room, but it was pretty small, and basic, had what yo would need, kettle, hairdryer, towels, small space to hang a couple of items of clothing. Bathroom was tiny, but clean and manageable. Room could do with a bit of a facelift, but it was clean. I used it to go see someone at the O2 arena for 2 nights, and needed to work during the day. I found working in my room too distracting as there was some construction work going on on he second floor (building new rooms i think) wouldnt let this put you off as there wasnt any noise from them until after 9am, and if you are out and about during the day, you wouldnt even notice. Staff were lovely and friendly, so was the manager. Main area and bar is really nice. Lovely location, and in the lift there is a list of all things close by to do, freshwater swimming, which sounded great, a traditional stove sauna (which i wish i had known about as would have loved to try that) exhibitions, and so much more. Would stay there again for sure.

Quirky hotel a bit different
Quirky hotel, a floating hotel, friendly staff. Good location for the O2. Small bedrooms, no tv but clean and comfortable. Nice food. Undergoing some refurbishment. Would stay here again. Only 1 lift to the upper floors at the moment. The story behind the hotel is interesting. Nice that they support charity

Excellent staff!!
The best staff! I’ve stayed twice now and will be back. I’ve travelled extensively and the staff here are the kindest I’ve ever experienced. Check in is efficient, the rooms are super clean and the hotel is doing good in the world.
