I visited the bar at Kimpton Fitzroy with my partner last week and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was beautiful and we had a selection of drinks prepared by Nick, who was extremely knowledgable, provided excellent recommendations, and prepared some of the best cocktails I’ve had with an honest passion for the craft. Would absolutely come again!

I went to the hotel bar with my partner for a couple of drinks and the bartender Nick was utterly exceptional. Every cocktail was delicious and he took us through the creative processes that go into making them phenomenally. His conversation was sparkling and his attitude was excellent. Cannot recommend enough.

Our stay at Kimpton Fitzroy on 7–8 February was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, the hotel made a remarkable visual impression with its stunning interiors, attention to detail, and unique atmosphere. The level of service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests. We would especially like to thank Ms Roksana from Guest Relations, whose dedication, kindness, and personal approach truly elevated our experience and ensured that every detail was perfectly taken care of. We are particularly grateful for the complimentary which allowed us to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and birthday in an even more special way. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our stay truly unforgettable. We also greatly appreciated the delicious welcome amenity and the voucher to be used at the bar — such thoughtful touches really make a difference and make guests feel valued. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, reflecting the hotel’s high standards and professionalism. We will certainly return to Kimpton Fitzroy at the next opportunity — the only disappointment was that our wonderful stay passed far too quickly. Highly recommended ❤️!

Stayed in the hotel on 6th February on a Reward Night as a IHG One member. As this was a reward night, I wasn’t expecting the usual amenities and bonuses you get when you book a room in the usual way but I was wrong. They upgraded my room and I was given free breakfast the next morning as my welcome amenity. The room was lovely and very comfortable- the bathroom is stunning as are the public areas of the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and when one of the staff members was showing me the way to the dining room the next morning, he told me all about the connections the hotel had with the Titanic. It was fascinating. I would highly recommend the hotel and can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Jordan provided exceptional service and demonstrated exceptional courtesy. Despite arriving exhausted and staying in a first-floor room with some noise, Jordan was incredibly understanding and promptly sorted out my luggage, assisting me in relocating to a quieter room. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation!
