Special breakfast memories.
We were celebrating my wife and our granddaughters 16th birthday which occur on consecutive days. We asked Angela Kwandahor to arrange a special breakfasts for each of the days. The staff excelled themselves with a balloon on the table and special treats at breakfast and to her room in the afternoon for our granddaughter. Had champagne breakfast for my wife's birthday and once again was delivered exceptionally well. Have great memories and our thanks to all the staff at the Kimpton Fitzroy, especially Angela for putting the arrangements in place.

Beautiful experience
Fitzroy is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful architecture inside and out. Jack helped us find multiple great place to grad a something to eat and a pint. Everyone was polite and friendly. Would come back and stay here in the future

Excellent Service
Jack was very helpful at Reception, taking receipt of documents & a present left for a client (& guest of the hotel). He was very polite, friendly & efficient & was happy to take responsibility personally in order to help. Excellent service. TY, Jack.

Stunning hotel & fantastic staff
Had a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. From start to finish we enjoyed every moment. All the staff were so attentive, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel it self is stunning. We had a family room which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice. We also enjoyed the bar in the evening, again the staff were so lovely and made us some delicious cocktails.
